The owner of this place is known for being rude to his employees, mistreating them, and being racist towards them!!! You shouldn’t be selling MEXICAN ice cream, using a MEXICAN name if you’re not going to respect our people!! Ice cream here is trash anyways, just read their other recent reviews? Find a better spot
They messed up my entire order and sending me a half empty cup of esquite made me lose it! Worst experience ever, if I could I would rate ZERO STARS I would. Ordered an esquite.... Very annoyed with the half empty cup of esquite that I paid $4.50 for. For a cup this empty, its $3 at best not worth $4.50. Ridiculous how rude and poorly serviced they are, never ordering from here again!
Came here and ordered ice cream, it was all melted and tasted old. Came back asked for an exchange not a refund and they refused to give it to me even though I barely touched the ice cream :(
Bad service And super empty I did not pay for 3/4 air space and barely some corn and mangoneada very disappointing
My girlfriend wanted this so bad it was trash to be honest half filled cup of corn ordered nachos with jalapeños they were nowhere to be found they gave us the wrong drinks and the wrong drinks they gave were absolutely terrible she said they were the best it didnt show i wont be coming back ever again such a disappointment

I love coming to this place. The owner has always been so nice and respectful. Lots of flavors and different things to try. I recommend. Don't forget to sing up for their rewards program.
