Jennifer gave me and my uncle amazing customer service. Made sure we were well taken care of. Since they were out of Wheatgrass. She recommended another close by shop. A Jumba Juice near by. In which we are on the right now. She even supplied us with the exact address. Thankful for her service.
Showed up well before 7pm. Not can't make carrot juice, WON'T make carrot juice..... Whatever happened to basic customer service? Don't bother with this place.
Jennifer was absolutely amazing! She is the only Jamba Juice employee that I’ve ever seen put on gloves to handle the money and then remove them and disposing of them properly.Please give her the acknowledgment she deserves.I frequent your establishments almost every day all over So.Cal.She’s definitely a keeper.

Too much wait more than 20 minutes on line until somebody take my order. Looks like they care more online orders them inside.
I ordered a Chuck Strawberry bowl with extra granola on the side and paid for it. I got it in a large cup instead, watery, with less granola (to my knowledge I paid for the extra amount, so I assume they gave me less for that reason) and too much banana. If I was informed ahead of time that they were going do this I would have not ordered it and gone to a different one. This jamba juice used to be my go to but honestly its been a couple times where the smooties and the bowls just come out uninspiring. Thank you for your service but I will no longer come here.
