Even the we got the green light because of the pandemic is impossible that they refuse to sell you food to pick up. That's fine to be a blind followers but if the food is to pick up not to dine in is call DISCRIMINATION!!!! There are more Jack on the box o better Restaurants in the area that didn't require the vaccine card if your goal is to loose customers continue like that and with out our money even your job can be loss.
This place is always providing bad service always closing in late hours to their likes while the store is supposed to be open, it happens every night for hours
I understand covid has changed many things BUT this is no reason why they are ALWAYS messing up orders. It is not the first time it happens. If customers are paying for a service we the customers are expecting a good service! Then when customers go and tell them your order is missing food they respond with a really horrible attitude. Like if it was the customers fault!
I worked here I wouldn’t recommend coming here also they purposely leave the phone unplugged or not put right so when you call the call will never go through can’t get in contact with them and frankly I’m scared cause they can be rude and get attitude real quick I just want my w2 form bro
I had two bacon breakfast sandwiches and they were delicious. At other locations I tried to get help with their app and they couldn't help me. I forgot to ask at this location. Maybe I'll try again another time. The next time I visit, soon!
Late night I had the greatestHamburger experience that I ever had a jack in the box ...I ate the juecyest double I ever had and that's no lie Jack hit it out park but it really was a double home run because the shake at JBs are off the chain and if you did know now you know....Anthony

If I could give this location 0 stars I would!Customer service SUCKS!Very Rude & unprofessional.I went through the drive-thru from the start the host had attitude ? couldn't understand her through the speaker. I pull to the window & still with attitude. I get my food & my order is wrong I tell her I asked for curlyfries & she wants to charge me again. She didn't bother to give me my receipt & when I asked for my receipt, she refused to give me one. To top it off she kept my debit card that I had to go back for... ?I work in a fast food restaurant myself & this is NOT how you treat people!
