I have come occasionally to this restaurant for many years now and I have never been disappointed... with the exception that they charged me for the slice of "cake" they brought to celebrate a birthday ?. I think it should be complimentary for bringing your business in here. Drink prices increase after 8pm due to live music ( versatile band) mojito was about $9 and then $11 after 8pm. Dance floor is tiny but it will make it for a fun restaurant night (this is not a night club). Size portions are decent, prices start at $15 and go all the way to more than $100 for a lobster parrillada for 2 ppl. Ambiance is family oriented. No reservation available. They accommodate customers as they arrive. Our wait time was 30 min for 10 people. Live comedy show, Spanish mostly, Wed and Thur at 9:30 ?. ( will post quality once I go ?). Eat a parrillada, drink a cazuela and dance it off at a rhythm of a cumbia. ENJOY

Food is good, customer service is good but music is too too loud can't hear the server or server couldn't hear me we were literally screaming at eachother came back because food was good but as soon as I walked in the music again is too loud so had to walk out and leave and don't get me wrong I love loud music im the guy with woofers and amps in the trunk of my car but I just think music should not be that loud in a restaurant.

Primera véz comiendo en el famóso El Chamizal, and let me tell y'all!!!!!!!! From the overall customer service, to the cleanliness of the restaurant and the delicious food!!! Servers were cautious when placing the Molcajetes on the table and not to mention the food was served to us promptly. Nos atendieron como si estuvieramos en nuestra propia casa. Les diera 10 estrellas and would definitely recommend to anybody who's willing to read my essay lol. Oh and by the way, el Flan es de Coco!!!!!!!!! Yessss!!!!! COCONUT FLAN. The flaaaaaaaame
