Was given wrong order. Didn’t trust them not to give me the same order by just tossing the bacon out; was given western cheeseburger with bacon when i ordered a beyond meat bbq cheeseburger. Refund was no problem but when i arrived back at carls, I thought, “I should of just gone home.” I wasted costly gas because i was given the wrong order.
They take FOREVER TO HELP YOU TAKE YOUR ORDER BAD SERVICE!this lady was infront of me and literally took 5 minutes to help us out

This is the worst Carl's Jr I've ever been too,as far as customer service and the employees are rude the service was practically non existence.the food was alright if they even get your order right ?, My experience there wasn't good in anyway you may feel differently ? But why bother trying there when there's another Carl's Jr a block away .
Whoever is making the chicken you're doing it wrong. The chicken is hard and rubbery. Disgusting. ?
