Exceptional location within the Hyatt Regency, Huntington Beach Resort. The restaurant decor is rich in tone and plush. There is a nice long bar that attracts a decent cocktail crowd and there is ample dining rooms and outdoor patio outfitted with heaters making certain you are comfortable. I had the good fortune to dine for breakfast, dinner and even room service. Every dish is presented impeccably well thought out and artistically attractive in presentation. Of course, the taste is sublime. Their quiche, avocado toast, Eggs Benedict and breakfast pizza were all a scrumptious gastronomical feast as was their dinners. I tried their bone marrow appetizer and highly recommend it. The bones sit upon a bed of sauteed mushrooms in a rich broth. I actually do not enjoy mushrooms but this dish sure changed my mind. They could even serve this alone with bread and folks would order that too. Just amazing! The fish is fresh and prepared to your taste. The lamb chop appetizer was outstanding as the seasoning is superb. One really can not say enough about the level of service- attention to detail, and hard work by every staff member from the parking, lobby, kitchens, restautants, pool, spa, shops, and housekeeping - exceptional across the board. So kudos to tge head of HR!!! My heartfelt thanks to all who made my first solo holiday without my hubby, who passed, so very memorable. And to think I agonized so about traveling and being in a hotel solo. Definitely returning here.
Wonderful restaurant and friendly staff in a beautiful setting. I went away with some girlfriends for the weekend and we stayed at the Hyatt Huntington Beach. Waterfront is their primary dining venue offering fine dining as well as casual breakfasts and brunch. The strawberry French toast is to die for. I love French toast, especially Coast toast, and this one beats them all. An absolute must for the strawberry French toast. It’s life changing.

Waiter was very patient with old friends catching up. Good cocktails. Wine list isn't very extensive, but we found a good Syrah choice. Steaks were good. Nice view from window seats - it was a little chilly for the patio
Inside the Hyatt and lovely setting. We had breakfast a few times and was nicely served. The menu is rather limited on choices and Vegan isn’t very well served so management will need to look at their plant based options to help cater for changing tastes and diets. Prices are inline with Hotel charges. Overall a very nice place for breakfast if staying at the hotel.
We were celebrating my twin siblings birthdays. We sat outside on the patio with multiple heat lamps. The staff were very attentive and saw to all of our needs. We had an exceptional server, Donna M. She was so personable and professional, that the evening was absolutely perfect!
The setting for this restaurant is a real selling point. Views out past the landscaped garden to the beach is glorious. The seating has several fire pits and low lighting giving a very relaxed atmosphere. The food came promptly and served well, it was a small menu but had various options for different diets. The food itself was decent. Only improvement would be to turn on the overheat heating as it got a little chilly
I have been to Watertable many times in the past and absolutely loved it. During this trip to Huntington my daughter and I decided to go there again since we have such amazing food in the past. When we got there it took them a while to set us even though the restaurant was empty and servers were standing around talking. After being seated we ordered the potato appetizer which was amazing as usual. My daughter ordered the Salmon and I ordered the Sea bass. When out food came it looked like it was just thrown on a plate with some snow peas and mush that was supposed to be mashed potatoes I'm assuming. My daughters Salmon was not cooked the way it usually is there and the peice was so small. It looked almost steamed, no flavor at all. The Bass was ok but I had to add salt and lemon to it because it also had no flavor. We were both disappointed with our meal.
The food was magical and we were given a free dessert for our anniversary
The cocktails and food was delicious- hard to believe I had not eaten here before! The Chilean Sea Bass was perfect! Servers were very nice and fun!
