Wow what a spectacular night! If you ever want to hold your wedding reception or special event here, I can not recommend this place more! It’s exceptional! They go above and beyond your expectations! I’m so delighted in the staff that helped us through the evening and presentation with the place. My wife and I had a wonderful time here and the staff is more than willing to assist in anyway possible. This is the place to host your event no second thought about it! Thanks HHB!
Kinda run down, needs some remodeling. Rooms are ok, bathrooms are good. The best thing is the water pressure. Breakfast is extra and it's acceptable at best. Elevators sound like they will quit anytime. The vending is always broken. The maids try hard and are pretty good. The beds are springs and the sheets are wierd, comforter in between two sheets. The lobby is stark, the staff is hiding most times. Best feature, next door to old world.
I gave this place 2 stars as opposed to 1 due to the really cheap price. Walking in, the lobby looks really nice but this proved to be foreshadowing for what was to come. Everything at this hotel was remodeled to look nice but cleanliness, functionality, etc was clearly not a priority in the remodeling. The first room we were given had bathroom lights that did not turn on. The mechanic showed up and told us that we are just going to need a new room after we already unpacked everything. Not a big deal. In the new room, everything worked but had a strong chemical smell. We just ran the fan the whole time. The bath tub did not drain well. The elevator broke on me once and just had the door slightly ajar. The gym was pretty small and did not have much for equipment. The pool and hot tub were pretty gross and grimy. As I said at the beginning of the review, besides the cheap price, I can't really recommend this place. Please look into renovating the functionality, cleanliness, and safety aspects of the hotel!
The room needs new painting. There were spots and paint chipped off. But the room was very clean and neat which I appreciate. Also rooms don’t have a fridge, still have a little coffee machine. Wifi was rather slow. Giving it 4 because, Over all, I had a good stay for the price. The stuff were very friendly and helpful, nice lobby, great location with only little drive to everything. If they’d fix those few issues above it would be an awesome hotel.
Very nice hotel. We stayed on the 5th floor. Let me say the view was stunning so much so that I forgot to take a picture sad face. We kept the curtains open all the time. The sky during the day and the night beautiful. They have a bar downstairs everyone was welcoming and friendly. I didn't take enough pics I was so into the moment. It's so close to the beach and lots of shopping centers and food places. A must stay. Loved it
We Left a 4.5 star hotel to come to this trash.The hot tub was down the whole time. The breakfast is not free and the beds are not that great. I would recommend spending the sameAmount of money you would spend here but at a Holiday Inn express.Rooms: 1/5
It's obvious that this a newr hotel, the paint still looks fresh and everything still looks new. However there were definitely some things I did not like, for starters there was no mini fridge in our room, also all the outlets were super loose so I could barely charge my phone or laptop, the shower head was a bit short for me so I had to duck to actually use the shower. The biggest thing was the phone in the room didn't work, so whenever we had to call the front desk we had to use our cell phone which is not that big of a deal but still annoying. Also they didn't have free breakfast which is sad.
If they have zero I would give them zero. Save your money and book at a different hotel!Worst property. Bathtub broken, card key doesn’t work and the car got stolen our first night at the hotel and they did noting! Seems like they are used to it!! Worst service also the guy at night was terrible. Don’t book with them!
Over all this was a great hotel for the price, good location, easy highway access and many places to eat and shop near by not to mention it was a few minute drive to the beach. The staff was great and very nice. Rooms where clean and very comfortable.WiFi was a little iffy, it connected but with no internet access. Parking was good except for one night when they had an event going on and the parking lot filled so we had to park down the street. Would definitely stay here again.
My room was disgusting and had stains all over the white sheets. It seems like someone forgot to clean the room before putting it up as a listing. I ended up leaving early because of a foul smell that was coming out of what I presumed was the carpet. I brought it up to their front desk, and they refused to reimburse me and did not make an effort to check the room or accommodate me—also, no microwave, no fridge. The hotel has the boldness to put cameras up in the parking lot next to a sign that says they will not help you if your car gets broken into or damaged.
