I placed a order online to be picked up at 4 pm and when I got there it was closed.
Employees closed up and locked the doors half an hour before closing. If it’s closed at 6pm, I would understand that they would close up the doors 5-10 minutes until that time. Might as well change the hours on google to 5:30pm then
We honestly stumbled upon this place... we were dumb and thought it was a burger place. ? We decided to try out and we blown away by how good the food was. We opened the containers in the car and were smacked in the face by an amazing aroma. I had a small bowl with white rice chicken veggies and onions. My husband had a small bowl with white rice half and half (chicken and beef) and onions. Both were great not heavy on the sauce but still packed with flavor, which surprised us both. We can say anything out their customer service we went in ordered and got what we asked for. Not great not bad but the food was better than what either of us expected. We'll be going back.

A big thumbs up to Vu and the crew for a delicious catering order. It's not easy to get 45 individual meals ready on time, while also keeping them all hot and delicious, but they did an excellent job on all of it!Vu worked with us to get an affordable and delicious meal option to feed our football team on game day, and the boys and coaches all enjoyed the meal. The team was easy to communicate with, and provided everything we needed, even loading my car!Thanks Flame Broiler, we will continue to enjoy your food as often as possible!

Usually good... But sometimes (this has happened at least 3x now) they will decide not to answer the phone 30-45 minutes before close. So good luck getting a phone order in.Edit:8/28Now the employees are disconnecting the phone 45 minutes before 6pm. Been trying to call an order in for 30 mins but the phone goes straight to voicemail. That's great. I have called 6x over the course of 30 mins. So I don't think they were taking orders for that entire timeUpdate: 10/09Employees continuously disconnect phone up to an hour before close. Have not been able to get anything but immediately going to voicemail since 5pm. This happened 2x this week. The owner needs to talk to them or find new employees
Phone line is being turned off 30-45 mins before close and I'm unable to reach them. This is the 3rd time this week it has happened. I understand you close at 6pm, but it is 530pm. Repeatedly tried to call back but it goes straight to voicemail
Don't have sriracha. Can be the best flame broiler in the world and it still wouldn't be good without it.
