I went in to buy a coffee and I sat down and plugged my phone in first to charge and this lady who is extremely angry at the world or something is going on in her personal life that she had to take it out on paying customers by telling me to leave and that it’s not a charging station. I then try to get my coffee anyways and she said that she’s not gonna serve me because it’s not a charging station even though I said I wasn’t gonna charge my phone and then she told me to go across the street to 711 if I wanted coffee:.. all she had to do was ask politely to not charge my phone here even though people go there all day and use the plugs for their laptops and phones, and I would have said okay and not used it but she had to come at me super disrespectful and out of line.

If I can give them 0 star I would, I will never order anything from this place again, I ordered via DoorDash and the driver was there for 30 minutes waiting for a coffee!!!! Hey asked them more than 4 times about the order and they keep saying it’s not done yet after that noelle told him someone pick it up already and he was the only one in the store !!! I called she was very rude, unprofessional , mean , and keep saying ohhh I can’t do anything about it and she hung up the phone when I was still talking
I love their caramel latte and cookie butter latte. They have a really good muffin, too!
Omg! Have you noticed Starbucks no longer serves hazelnut syrup which is my favorite go-to. I appreciate how Coffee Bean Janet changed what people love about it, the taste, quality and customer service are always great. The rewards program is amazing I’m just so bummed more and more locations have started to shut down.
It’s good when it’s actually open. Now they closed the dine in section and the drive through has been closed the last few days. Not sure if they’re going out of business or what.
Zero QA, my iced coffee was all ice. Ordered a large. Got about 4 onces of actual beverage. Gotta turn this around. Too few coffee beans exist!
Nice staff. Unfortunately, probably due to covid, none of the coffee/tea accessories are out for self service. The inside closes too early at 730 pm. There is a fairly spacious interior and there's a handful of spots in the patio.
