Our server was the sweetest ever, I know these are franchises and everyone is different. But I'd go anywhere else in Bella Terra, I was so excited to go here but it was so disappointing.Food was overcooked I got the shrimp scampi & steak.diane dinner it was like rubber shoes. My husband got a burger that was so pathetic, see picture, the patty was dry, overcooked and 1/3 the size of the bun.Enjoy your night and money, GO ANYWHERE ELSE IN BELLA TERRA.
Stopped by chance... we love cheesecake factory !I had fettuccine Alfredo, he had crusted chicken Romano.Can't complain, food 2as good, service was awesome, staff was great and restaurant was clean!
This place has great food and atmosphere was awesome. It has a huge variety of food with good portions. Food is a little pricier but not bad. They are really known for their deserts, the cheesecakes are amazing. You have to save room and get one. The servers are always great and will pack your food to go if you want them too. I would recommend giving it a try at least once, I know you will go back.
Sitting on the outskirt of the Bella Terra so it has a large patio-outdoor serving area. It has decent spaces inside but there will be a waiting line no matter what time. They offered refillable bread and butter. The food is decent. We ordered fried calamari, cheeseburger spring rolls, shrimp scampi, pasta da vinci, and french dip cheeseburger. All of them were good, specially the pasta da vinci. They had special sauce which makes the pasta more tasty. The price is really reasonable. The inside decoration is nice and it has a vibe of Vegas hotel. Plenty of parking spaces and a handicap friendly facility.
I know it oooks like a joke but yes this is a photo of my chicken tender meal I received. I have ordered this exact meal several times and usually the portion is about twice this size. Our server told us that cheeeecake factory had reduced the size of the entree recently. I found this interesting as the calorie count on the menu was the exact same as when I had ordered this entree a month earlier. I even have a photo of the last time. I have really enjoyed cheesecake factory but if this is the route their food is going it will be very difficult for me to return. Our sever was nice but did nothing to rectify the false expectation of getting a much different meal than I was expecting. If Cheesecake Factory is going to signicantly reduce their menu sizes the menu calorie count should also reflect this
Such a mediocre experience, my boyfriend and I have been coming to this location a lot but yesterday February 6, 2022 around 6:30 wasn’t the best experience.We arrived around 5:45/5:50 we were told there was a 45-50 minute wait we were fine with it since it was busy, understandableWhen time came to get our table we were seated close to the bar for a table that was legit for 2. Next to a table that was a table for 4 but only 3 people were seated (not the point). But both tables were served by the same waiter. When we were seat the waiter didn’t greet us no mention her name, my boyfriend and I just looked at each other but didn’t mention anything because she seemed like she was stressed/in a bad mood. She bought out the bread and asked us what we were having to drink we both ordered a soda. She then took 10-15 minutes to come take order as she took it she was giving us attitude, we decided to keep ignoring it I kindly asked her for 2 straws. We never got them. As we waited on our food other two couples we’re seated on the same side that we were. She went over and greeted them offered them bread and was nice to them(totally noticed the difference in greeting them and how she greeted us.) That’s when my boyfriend and I felt de discriminated because those other two couples were white and the other three people next to us Asian. We are Hispanic.Moments 10/15 minutes later when the food arrived she just dropped off the food didn’t say anything to us or even ask if we wanted more bread like she asked the party of three next to us, or ask us how the food was, and if we wanted anything else, nothing.She then just gave us the check when she saw we were done eating and told us have a good night thank you but still with an attitude.We just left right away we didn’t want to be there anymore.
While waiting to be called to be seated, we looked at the cheesecakes and watched the the video displays of tempting food offerings. I made up my mind to try the "Crispy Chicken Costoletta - Chicken Breast Lightly Breaded and Sauteed to a Crisp Golden Brown. Served with Lemon Sauce, Mashed Potatoes and Fresh Asparagus."The generous amount of chicken was tender, not dry, and the asparagus was perfectly juicy. The waitress, Gina, was attentive, and even took the initiative to bring me more of the tasty lemon sauce, announcing she thought I could use a little more. She was right, I savored it all. Definitely a repeat meal choice.
Waiting for outside seating was OK less than they said, under 12 min.Then everything else went wrong...now when dinner actually came ' that was delicious...BUT_our waiter ignore us for about 15 min...took order , Irish coffee and tea pot/honey came - minus the actual tea bag? That came fairly quick...with bread basketTHEN waited for 1Hr /20 min later !!!I even gesture to a different waiter 1 hr in to ask to get OUR waiter...Had to speak to manager Inside and waited 5 min for her to turn up...peeps were waiting 90 % with masks on correctly...hand sanitizer machine by hostess desk was EMPTY! I mentioned itvto hostess ,when we 1st walk in and she said ,OK. THEN1 HR 30 MIN LATER ,hand sanitizer still empty, mentioned to the. Again she said only manager can refill it?Ask to turn up stripnheater above us, they said ok..in reality theat strip heater was 1/2 working...so as I complained about over 1 hr wait for food! She change our table, to a heater that was actually warm...and that OUR waiter haven't tend to us fir > 1hr +!...oh he was there walking back and forth alright tending to 3 other tables!!In the end, right before we thought to walk out...15 MORE minutes- dinner arrive . Only my entree came out 10 min before my husband's!In the end ,our waiter said cheesecake was on him. Declare that he was bad and said sorry for the wait...for food.Our 1st meal out in 2022 was NOT enjoyable ? ?.
They redeemed themselves! Went there years ago and I vowed never to go again. The food was cold and tasted awful, and service was horrible.This last time, it was a complete 180. I had a gift card, which was my motive to return. Glad I did. Great service and the food was terrific. Wait times are a little long, but overall, pack your patience and you'll be okay. I would definitely go back.
I'm a big fan of the Cheesecake Factory. Once again, my sisters and I were happy with the food and with the service. I tried something new: the baja grilled tacos. Didn't realize there were four of them! They were small in size, but plumply filled. The side of black beans was tasty, although black beans aren't my favorite. One sister got the Classic hamburger. The patty was such a good size, along with the requisite tomato and lettuce, that she couldn't get a bite at first. (Squooshing the bun down helped.) My other sister ordered the Chinese chicken salad, which is such a nice mix of chicken, crisp noodles, wontons, bean sprouts, lettuce, and more. We have yet to order a salad -- and we've been through most -- that we didn't like. Our server was prompt to greet us, get our order, and then refill drinks. As usual, the setting was very nice, which is one reason why we go to various Cheesecake Factory locations.
