Ordered through the app to get a flat white quicker because they get cold fast. Stared at a drink that I wasn’t sure was mine for about 20 minutes then it turned out to be mine and got a cold coffee and waited 20 minutes next to the window for no reason and they announced my name zero times, and only acknowledged me when the drive thru was empty and I was the only one there standing outside. receipt #71070696

Service is great! The drinks were good but it os Orange County were there is no mask mandate so I felt uncomfortable picking up my drinks inside.

We had terrible slow service there.this day. It was beyond needed considering there was only one other car infront of us at that time.

Worst Starbucks employee I’ve ever met in my life.

We drove thru on 10-07-2021 at approximately 4:30pm. I ordered two coffees, a hot mocha size grande with coconut milk, and a hot pumpkin spice latte size grande. I also ordered 2 slices of pumpkin bread. After we drove away, we discovered that the pumpkin spice latte was actually a plain latte made with oat milk. My friend then realized, upon inspection, the lid had someone's lipstick on it, and it was not his. He does not wear lipstick. It is too late now, because he noticed after he already drank out of the cup. We are thoroughly disgusted. Probably what happened is that the guy at the window picked up one of the employees' drinks by accident, and gave it to us. We are now scared of getting sick. This kind of mistake could literally be deadly for someone in this world of Covid-19. We want a full refund. The manager needs to make sure this does not happen again, or I am calling the health department. Maybe the employee drinks need a different color lid so that this does not ever happen again.

Ana at this location has the worst customer service. Starbucks you really should train your employees on how to treat customers. I get it everyone is entitled to bad days...but, I have had the worst customer service from this location especially with Ana. They act like we are bothering them when in reality we are just supporting your business location. Better Training indeed is needed.

It's a liberal haven of ideas with decent coffee.

Did the walk up today. Not very friendly or personable service. The woman seemed like she had other things to do besides customer service, coffee was average .

They were fast and friendly.

The little tweaker lady outside was nice than the staff. The wait was long, but the coffee was okay.
