The system did not work we waited after she did not listen us and she was not nice we got the wrong size coffee

My favorite Starbucks and I still visit this one even as I have a Panera membership in the coffee club,$ 899 per month free coffee everyday! I was a Starbucks card member but got burnt a few times on the rewards because of franchise owned coffee shops that corporate allows to run rogue. But this one opens super early 4:30 a.m. and everybody is friendly, and at that hour of the morning...My hat's off to them! Real Professionals!
