The food was good (although served on a paper plate with a plastic fork... so much for being "biodegradable..." it was far from looking like it) and the vibe inside was great, but I went with my laptop to study and the girl behind the counter didn't know the wifi password. Google says free wifi is included in this spot's amenities, but that's obviously a lie. Be warned!
I ordered the teriyaki vegan steak rice bowl and fresh pineapple juice. My son ordered potato tacos and tater tots. For a total of $50, the food was meh. My meal came in a togo container. The vegan beef itself was pretty good but the dish was swimming in teriyaki sauce that wasn't very good. My "fresh" pineapple juice, was previously juiced and quickly poured over a cup full of ice and served. My son ordered the potato tacos with flour tortillas, which resembled a potato burrito more than a taco. When asked what was the best part of the meal, we both agreed the tater tots. I guess it's cool they offer vegan and veggie food, but next time I'll just go next door and order a veggie burrito at the Mexican restaurant.
Great food. Would recommend to anyone. Order ahead or be patient to wait. Everything is made fresh. 5+ stars ⭐️
The owner was really accommodating and allowed me to order breakfast just after they stopped serving. We had the carne asada breakfast burrito served with coffee and chips. The burritos are the best I've had in Cali. I live in Denver and we are a bit snobby about ours so I was pleasantly surprised. Support this locally owned business. They are serving out love!
Laidback cafe with vegan options available. Came here post-surf sesh at Bolsa with a friend and we were ravenous. There’s a free parking lot available. Outdoor and indoor seating is available. Credit cards are accepted. If you check in on Yelp, you also get $3 off. You order at the counter first and then an employee brings out your offer as it’s prepared. Bathrooms are available in the back of the restaurant. The indoor seating does have outlets available.I got the California burrito and asked for no sour cream, while my friend got the breakfast sandwich. Both dishes came with a side of chips and salsa. The salsa was quite sweet and very mild. The burrito had refried beans and could be made vegan for an additional fee. They do have coffees and pastries available as well. Overall, it’s a chill spot to grab some food close to the beach.
The food was excellent !! And the service was very friendly . I love that their is outside dining too ! And after u can take a lovely walk at the beach .
Thanks for an awesome dinner. Ali was very sweet. Food was great. I love breakfast for dinner.
Had a great time here with my cousins when they came from out of the country.
Had the steak burrito and my bride had the grilled cheese. Both were amazing. I recommend the hash brown crisps.
Really good food. Cute spot. Great vegan options. Definitely going back.
