Introduced here by my parents, who live 5 minutes away. We live in Temecula. The atmosphere is lively and fun. Two sides. One is a “bar atmosphere “ and the other is the restaurant. Service was spot-on. Scott was phenomenal. When we asked about a Chardonnay, he knew the exact flavor notes. Their house Chard will take down just about every Chard out there. Stellar. Many times we go out, servers don’t know the wines on this list. Nice to have someone who knows their way around a wine list. He was so knowledgeable. Scott let us know all the great things he liked. I followed his rec on shrimp/linguini. Epic! My parents ordered the salmon. Stellar. Epic! Wife ordered chicken/artichoke and loved it. All plates were perfection. I think what’s important in a restaurant is the server-customer connection. Scott jumped right in and made us feel so welcome. We talked about everything— his high school, career, life, etc. So cool! Nice to know the people who serve you. I would definitely return. I would love to have Scott again. He’s definitely a professional server. Above and beyond. A gem.
They have a small dining room and a separate bar area as big as the dining room next to it. Service was friendly and easygoing, prices are reasonable. The menu is quite varied, our food was okay. Planning to give the pizza a try soon and will update after that.
The food is delicious and they have a great staff.

Wow! A hidden treasure! Food, service, ambiance, entertainment. All great. Prices quite reasonable too. Bill the owner personally greeted us, Justine the server was super, and I believe it was Lilly who had such a lovely voice. Must make reservations!

This was our first time as my boyfriends family to come try Sebastianis bistro.. I was very impressed With the restaurant and the service and definitely the food.Everything was made from scratch and flavorful. We are definitely going to return here.

Calling for a last-minute reservation on a Saturday night, we were happy to get the last open table at 6 p.m. at this lovely Italian cucina and wine bar tucked in a strip mall. Our waiter Scott was one of the best we’ve had in Huntington Beach, promptly taking our order, serving our salads and checking on us, even as his station filled up with a large party. The spicy empanadas, baked in a puffed pasty with parmesan and the house pesto green sauce, was a unique and savory starter. The Cesar and house salad, Insalata di Sebastiani, with Feta cheese, Roma tomatoes and kalamata olives in a house lemon vinaigrette, were fresh, bright and light. I ordered the dinner special -- a buttery Barramundi filet prepared much like a calamari steak, lightly breaded and fried. The Dominic Linguini, with shrimp, tomatoes and fettuccini, was also prepared just right. We saved some of our generous portions for leftovers to keep room for dessert – a light lemoncello cake. Yum. With a musician playing in the wine bar, a charming host and attentive waiters, the staff at Sebastiani’s created a perfect Italian evening.
Besides the great food, delicious wines and cozy atmosphere.. I enjoy the extra treat of convenience.. It's right next door to my gym and according to Google maps exactly 256 ft from my home..
