Pizza was un-edible, and too salty. Filled out a complaint on the website the next day. No response. Call three days later, and the refund is not possible, because three days have gone past, as if the customer has nothing better except like enjoying the weekend and going to work. I only spoke to one of the managers (Sam K), and I ask the owner to get the message to the owner of the restaurant that this is unacceptable.Yes, I sent a complaint to the corporate office. No response. I went to the website, there is no call number, other than filling out the form. Looks like I will never be eating another RoundTable Pizza ever.So, I have been advised by the credit card company, that the best thing to do is to taste the food, before making payments. So, go ahead, take a bite, before you actually pay it, only if they let you take a bit.. .LOL4/28/2022.Per reply from the Biz owner, I just sent an email requesting a refund of $18. Let's see what they have to say.BTW, if you choose to do pick-up order or dine-in, and you don't really see much of a crowd on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday afternoon, don't be a fool like me and consider going someplace else, even if you have to wait 40 minutes for a decent pizza, instead of unedible one.4/29/2022So, no response from the customer support center. So, it sounds like they don't care, and anticipate folks to order pizza from roundtable pizza, per prior reputation, and furthermore, they just like to automatically respond to reviews like this so that it appears that they care, but not really. Pretty nifty automation trick..... I hope that yelp/google did not automate messages not this.

After Coming in and waiting about 5 minutes for one of the high schoolers to help me, they ask what I need and I show them my order number from my phone. They walk over to the heat lamp and grab my pizza. I ask how long was it sitting there for , she says almost 15 minutes. I asked why the website doesn't show its ready for pick up. Her response was that they forgot to mark it as ready. I ask to have it remade, and now the manager who's sitting at the bar watching college basketball and eating a bag of lays chips, says sorry, if you want a fresh one you will need to order another one.Was at location 2/26/2022 @5:20pm.

would not deliver to room at hyatt but didnot pro warn me....and i added 5 tip to order to bring to room. rip off. Pizza was excellent.
Waited 5 minutes in a empty line with 6 employees behind the counter. What happened to round tables pizza? Great Pizza Horrible customer service!!! The staff had that please don't make us work attitude, and the Pizza cheff looked like he did not want to work either!!!

This used to be such a wonderful Restaurant when Stacie was the Manager.Since she left, it's become terrible.The problem lies in the staff.They owner (Scott, very nice man) hires these employees who make pizza but have ZERO customer service skills.Beach Blvd Manager Patty (has she ever smiled or thanked a customer for their patronage? ?) treats her customers horribly.Patty, when a customer asks for Ranch dressing, stop charging them for that little 1/2 oz of Ranch you provide.Makes you look petty and your customers (or I should say, "ex customers") hate it.So, while the product is still delicious, it's the poor service standards that kill the experience.The owner has locations on Jamboree in Newport Beach and on Goldenwest in Huntington Beach, where the employees treat their customers better.And, those Managers actually smile and Thank You for your business.What a concept!Avoid Beach Blvd location.Avoid Patty.Visit and patronize those other locations
The team at Roundtable provides fantastic customer service! There was a slight discrepancy with my order and the manager Mateo made sure that I got the items that were left off of the order. Also, Charlie the driver came back to our house very quickly even though it’s Friday and I’m sure they are slammed. Roundtable has the BEST pizza and wings. They absolutely deserve 5-stars. Thank you ?.
