Finally had mac and cheese. Yay! Now no biscuits. No coke or sprite, so decided on Dr. Pepper. No carbonation. So soda was flat and tasted bad. Told employees and they didn’t really care. Decided on lemonade. Got home. Chicken on the drier side and the Mac and cheese was filled half way in both containers. Usually I eat at the Santa Ana Popeyes. Chicken always great and they stuff the mac and cheese in the container. Very disappointed with Huntington Beach Popeyes. Total let down.
The bad reviews are true. They're completely unmotivated, I'm sure due to low pay. The shrimp were so overcooked there wasn't even a shrimp left inside, just a fossil. I blame the franchise owner for lack of morale, not the employees or managers.0/10 would not recommend.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. The employees are rude. They "pretend" not to speak Spanish when they really do. The customer service is deplorable and every thing that is requested they make a bad face. One thing is asked and another is received. The administrator is completely incapable of exercising his position. I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYTHING. DO NOT EAT HERE
worst popeye’s i have ever been. poor customer service, drove 15 minutes to eat that spicy chicken sandwich and they said they didn’t have any, one hour before closing time. happened two times already and third time they had but dine in was closed for no reason. not coming back
Worst Popeyes I have ever been to. No one was in line but it took 5 minutes for some kid to come over and take my order, asked if I wanted mild or spicy, I told him mild and then said they only have spicy, so not much choice I ordered the spicy. Took about 5 more minutes to get my order. I sat down and I opened the box, it had a huge pile of greasy fries that were not hot, chicken tenders were more like chicken gristle, biscuit seemed as if it were there since they opened. Will never go.back to this particular Popeyes.

I walked in and nobody would help me. They were to busy goofing around. The cashier gave me a lot of attitude. I was given my food last out of everyone who came behind me. The restaurant hospitality is a joke.
This place was really quick with my order and of course it’s clean!
The 1 and only time I will ever come here. The kids working were goofing around inside the building. The fries were cold and the side of macaroni was not full with part of it burned. I would recommend to everyone to just go to taco bell or anywhere else but here horrible service. We tried to call when we got home and were hung up on twice.. that's what you get in a business run by kids at night 11/17/21
