This was my first time coming to this location and it was an overall great experience. We ordered through the app and picked up in store. The entire transaction took less than 20 minutes which was nice. This is a small location so it's meant for pickup and delivery only. The reason I gave it a four instead of a five is because when they were giving one of the sauces we got on the side, there was a hair outside the container. They swapped it out immediately when we informed them.
For starters, this order arrived rapidly and that was a pleasant surprise (we were hungry). The dinner box was well maintained and the food was fresh and still hot. Every item in the box tasted delicious and high quality. The cajun wings were also incredible. Half the box was done by the time we wrapped up the meal.

I ORDERED AT 4:00pm for 5:30pm DELIVERY: WHEN IT WAS NOT DELIVERED AT 5:45pm I CALLED AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE THERE IN A COUPLE OF MINUTES! AT 6:03pm I CALLED AGAIN AND WHILE I WAS ON THE PHONE THE DELIVERY DRIVER ARRIVED. I HAD THE TRACKING ON AND IT SHOWED ORDER IN OVEN FOR 5:30 DELIVERY; THEN IT INDICATED ON THE WAY AT 5:17pm. MY LOCATION IS LESS THAN 10 MINUTES FROM "pizza hut". PIZZA DELIVERED 6:04 PM.
Don't get me started . . . It's not like Pizza Hut makes pizza and hamburgers and burritos, just PIZZA it's even in their name! Why can't they get this one simple thing right the first time. Maybe bankruptcy is best for Pizza Hut.
I ordered the special extra pepperoni detroit pizza and there was barely any pepperoni on it. Also, the sauce on top should be warmed before topping the pizza as it made my pizza cold. I was quite disappointed with the new pizza.
Cook pizza thru. Even the replacement was soft and gross

Great Service, Perfect Pizza, and they were decorated for Halloween!!
There was hardly any sauce or toppings on our pizza. For the outrageous price and service fee we should have at least had warm pizza that tasted good.
