worst customer service, no child seat availables, no restrooms, askd for a glass of water with my order and they don't provide Water plus food quality is bad
I don't live in HB, I have family here and last year for the first time I tried the pollo a la brasa and it was very good1 Today I just ordered it with a side of fries and rice, it was awful! the chicken and fries were burnt and the chicken didn't taste like pollo a la brasa, it tasted like boiled chicken plain no salt no condiments nothing, isn't it supposed to be charbroiled? so I was very disappointed and very expensive on top of that because I used Door Dash, you shouldn't burn the chicken, it tastes horribly! same with the fries, I gave you one star only because I can't give you 0
Their attitudes are terrible for no reason. They’re way over priced for the amount of food they give in the order. I ordered 2 separate orders and asked for fries on the side and they gave me enough fries for barely one order in the same box and said it was for 2. Like come on now.. fries! You can’t give the proper amount of fries that you cook out of a bag?? This place is trash
Food is good, service really bad. I didn’t know being ignorant of Peruvian food was a sin! ? I asked lady many questions for this is my first time eating Peruvian food. Sadly, she seemed annoyed by my questions, and gave me a couple of rude answers.Honestly not coming back to this place!!! Lady needs tons of customer service training!!!
First time here and not at all impressed! Lomo saltado meat was okay but the rice salty. Many have mentioned this before I thought it would have been corrected. Yuca a la huancaina sauce was not tasty at all. If made to go maybe put it on the side so it doesn’t cook with the heat of the fried yuca. We got Maraculla and it was spoiled so I told my daughter to call to let them know. Maybe they didn’t notice but they put her on hold for 10 min. When she told them they never got back to her. Please take some pride on serving Peruvian food, it is usually delicious when prepared right!
Ceviche is pretty good. The chicken, not really. It lacks taste and any flavour. I've had a lot of Peruvian food and the real pollo a la brasa so I know how it should taste like. This isn't it. Plus they now make their chicken in an electric rotisserie and not a charcoal one!
So as it has been reviewed that it has not been great I would have to kindly disagree. First of all treat others the way you want to be treated and perhaps things would be different!!I will start to say that as I come to order my food I was received kindly and respectful I ordered the Ceviche de pescado (Fish) and I was blown away I have eaten ceviche made ceviche and It is my favorite dish so when I tasted this dish from here I was so deliciously surprised I rate it top 3!! My conversation with the owner was pleasant and encouraging! I get it every restaurant may have a off day but don’t give up give this place another shot and you will be surprised that it satisfies the your hunger and taste buds!! Thanks for a great dish
