Thank you so much to the great team here! I was out of town on my anniversary this year and I asked to them to deliver a pizza with a heart made of pepperoni to my fiancé and they made it happen! So appreciate the help, and my fiancé also said it was delicious! Thank you again!
This is one of my favorite location of papa Johns. The pizza was baked perfectly where my cheese was melting off my slice of pizza. And the crew that work this shift is amazing and so darn friendly! Best experience I have ever had at papa John’s!
Ordered a BBQ chicken Papadia was given a Bacon Chicken Ranch Papadia. This was not the first time this location has messed up my order.
You can't expect gourmet pizza as it delivers on being fast food. With that being said, this store does delivery incredibly fast. I did a pick up/take out for a large pizza. The manager, Meredith, took care of me, gave me extra seasoning, and prioritized me as I came in the door, so I was out within a few minutes. As I got home to open the box, definitely not likely other extra pepperonis, this one had all the toppings in one area of the pizza, so it looked mostly like a regular cheese pizza. I'm still not disappointed, happy with the experience!
This papa John's location is the worst. Definitely needs more training. Pizza was burnt enough to take away that pizza flavor... The toppings weren't properly spread to the entire pizza instead got like 6-8 pineapple pieces on top of eachother in one spot & same with the pepperoni.... so i called papa John's asking to replace my order & they did which I thank them for doing. The second order came & you would think they would fix the problem but in this case they did not. It's like I got the identical pizza again... keep in mind the 1st order we kept due to covid they can not take food back. This place ain't the spot. At this point we decided to take the "L" & I hope this place gets better. ORDER YOUR PIZZA AT 2 BROTHERS PIZZA ON WARNER. WORTH THE WAIT.
The girl that took my order was very rude. I know that they are understaffed, but come on!! I’m from on other state and never ordered pizza on line. She was rude and would not help me out!!!! ?????I ordered ham and mushrooms and got cheese ?
the pizza was good, but the crust fell apart and i had to eat it from the box. plus, i ordered it inside and said i'll wait in my car and after 45 minutes i went inside and my pizza was cold and they never bothered to let me know it was done not a very friendly store but slightly better than domino's next time i'll try pizza hut

Saturday Aug 21 2021: no customers inside. Store but the clerk asked me to wait and I did, but when I gave him my pizza order he then told me another 20 minutes! Very slow.
