Ok. So, literally there was not a soul in sight for 15 minutes. So the elderly gent in front of me got the idea to type in his order at the station. I did the same. 2 ladies were angrily yelling for a manager. I could tell by the poor front girl Who finally showed up that she was frazzled. The menu board hadn't even been changed from the breakfast items which were long past.We all waited an unusually long time for food. I was thinking of leaving, but then my order came up. I was certainly planning on never returning to Panera ever again. I received my food from the very sweet and cheerful girl who apologized that they were short staffed. That made such a positive impression on me, but here's the deal....I don't know WHAT they put in my Fuji Apple salad to make it taste THAT GOOD. I mean maybe Unicorn glitter and a kiss from the gods? What sorcery was this? I'm literally salivating like a maniac just THINKING about the salad and half sandwich I received, which by the way made everything ALL better. My life was better, the WORLD was better.?Panera??(she dabs her grateful tears)THANK YOU.
Lately getting my breakfasts here, and I love it. Add to this the coffee that is better than many other places, and you get a place for healthy and tasty food.
Very bad service. So slow. They waited a long time for one order, they generally forgot about the second one. The coffee machines are empty.
The prices are way too high for us. $43 for 3 half-sandwiches and 2 soups is... the food IS tasty and healthy. Just make sure your bank account can take the hit.
The food is tasty!! But when you can get the exact same salad at Vons for $5 be 11$ here, be oh.. and twice the volume of soup for 5$ vs $14 (but you'll have to warm it), I just don't see any reason to wait 20' for an order. Thanks for saving me$$.

Take out orders always take a long time. Maybe an hour?
this place is always filled with high schoolers as it is right next to the high school but serves good,warm, food (mac and cheese,soups,sandwhiches)
The flatbread pizzas are great.
Nice setting for meals and occasional study/work, plus cheap monthly coffee subscription.
