The service was beyond perfect.

I was very surprised I had a pleasant and satisfying experience. The food is quick and priced lower than expected specially now under this Brandon administration. Ms Jody was my waitress I hope I'm not offending any WOKE SOB or should I say she was my table attendant. Nonetheless, the meal was excellent. Thank you.

My family and I love Norms. Last night we had dinner and Billy was our server. Billy is amazing! He gave us excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our dinner. When leaving my son forgot his phone and Billy ran to us to give my son his phone. We will be back. Thank you Billy for all your hard work. We appreciate you!

Norm's is a must try for great food at great prices. We have eaten there twice during our seven day stay in Costa Mesa. We ate there again tonight. The menu is literally and figuratively large, the serving sizes more than ample, the cleanliness and service excellent and the food outstanding. My wife ordered staek twice and said it was some of the best she's had. You must visit Norm's.

Wow has this place gone downhill!!!! I'd been visiting this particular Norms since I was a little kid with my Mom & recently ended up there for a late night bite that DID NOT go well! I'm still sad my niece paid for my Food! First of all..... please tell me when their half sandwich, soup, & salad combo became $10.99?!!!! That's friggen ridiculous!!!! Secondly, my salad was so wet I ended up with Ranch water instead of dressing, the brown bread for the turkey sandwich was so old & dry that I could Knock On It, Literally!! No, I did NOT ask for toast!! The saving grace, maybe, was the spicy chicken gumbo soup that they've always had, but at this location it was just a bit off. My niece made a joke about them just taking my sandwich to the kitchen & spraying the bread with water & heating it a tad, to make it seem like they fixed it...... uh, I'd really have to say that I think that's exactly what happened! I felt bad for the waiter, he seemed like a nice man that was just stuck working there.

I recently traveled to Huntington Beach and for nostalgic purposes I went into the norms restaurant on beach Boulevard. In both cases I had a fantastic experience. I believe my server on Thursday was Linslie and my server on Friday was Jose. Both of these people were fantastic. The attention and the service I received as a single diner was very much appreciated. I can always tell how much a server cares when they treat a single diner as a party of four. For obvious reasons you would think the party of four would get more attention and yet this was not the case. The food was above average, but the service was fantastic. The restaurant was very clean and very efficient. This was a very good experience for me.

Burnt hashbrown and raw steak. The food was bad. They should fire the cook.

It was my daughter's birthday. They all ordered steaks. I ordered the fiesta salad, which was definitely did a fiesta in my poor stomach. My family's steaks came out, and then my salad, it was all wrong. There was no crisps, no chicken. I sent it back and I had a suspicion that they didn't make a new salad, just made it look pretty. I had to keep picking out "slimy" letter, and the texture of the chicken felt off, and extremely weird. Also the salad was saturated with cheese. Throughout the day my family and I shared the same foods at varies places ( think of shared apatizers). I kept telling my husband that I wasn't feeling great. Let's just say that a spent most of my daughters birthday evening locked in a bathroom. Be warned and they really need better chefs.

Good service. Great food portions and very reasonably priced. We went for breakfast and enjoyed it a lot!

Good food selection, hearty portions and reasonably priced.
