Two teens working, nice enough. Completely ignored my order (allergic to strawberries), made my acai with an inch of strawberries in top, I politely asked them to change it, they scooped strawberries off the top instead of remaking it, and even with blueberries the container was only 70% full. $24 for a small protein shake and a not even full acai bowl. Never again.
This store is so poorly managed it’s insane. I usually go to the Long Beach location and get the pb Healthnut and they do such an amazing job always tastes great. Every time I’ve gotten it at the Huntington beach location it tastes so bad, literally disgusting sometimes not even frozen because they forget to freeze the bananas they say. And they Never answer the phone!

They have 3 people working but only one person making all the drinks. Needless to say my order of one juice took 10 minutes. Also, the point of sale system, that you sign with your finger was literally legit grime on it. You could feel it when you sign. I made the guy at the cashier aware of this and he said, “oh yeah, that is really dirty!” Did he clean it! Nope.
Not ever again was disappointed for the price☹️if your ever in the Cerritos area try Berry Brand on south street, the best bowls around!
I wanted to grab a healthy juice for a sick friend. With 45 minutes till closing, I had two Nekter Juice Bars equidistant from me. I chose this bar as I've previously been to this location. With just under 15 minutes to spare, I arrived and both doors were locked. The employees (I saw two behind the counter performing cleanup) looked up at me as I tried the second door. One of them just waved at me as I looked befuddled (looking down at my watch to check the time). They stood there and stared until I started to walk off. I don't know when it became reasonable to have doors locked (a quarter of an hour) prior to closing.
Pureeing and blending fresh vegetables and fruits is rougher than most might think. But, these guys manage to make the process compassionate, and spin up alternative health drinks from a mostly cruelty free kinda menu~ Besides, earning points on the app brings awesome rewards.
Similar to other locations, service very fast, friendly staff.I like to order online so when I arrive my items are ready for pick up.Parking is a little challenging...
