We had a huge breakfast order in the morning for 6 people. Many different things. It was about $61 worth of food. Anyway, we were pleasantly surprised to see every item we ordered was in the bags. With the amount of issues my friends and I have had with many places ALL THE TIME... it was nice to see this. They were super busy too. So it can be difficult sometimes. But they did well. :)
Today I experienced the slowest service in a fast food restaurant. I walk-in because I notice the line in drive-thru was long. I placed my order to go at 10:45 am, 15 mins before breakfast menu was over. When I placed my order I noticed it was crowded but usually sunday mornings are this way. Crew members kept repeating to be patient because they were short staff. So I said ok I will be patient. 45 mins passed by and my order wasn't ready. People around started to get frustrated and asked for refunds but I decided to keep waiting a little longer. Them I notice that, people who order after me, were getting their orders. I approached the desk to asked about my order, and I was told my order was erased by mistake. Crew took over an hour to delivered my order. That was just ridiculous, the only apology I got was "I am sorry we are short staff, I am frustrated as you are". Not a partial refund, an upgrade on my drinks or a compliment item. I think I was patient enough to wait the time I did. My food was not hot enough. I did not get condiments with my order.I came to Mcdonald's because I needed something fast, since I was running errands. However, I ended being so very disappointed with the service of this location. I don't think I will come back any time soon. I can get the same food, same price,better quality, faster and better service at a Denny's or Ihop
This McDonald's tried to rip me off with the deals menu, I'll be calling corporate in the morning! Very unprofessional conduct and a disorganized crew & management! On top of all that nobody knew the code to the restroom they have me 4 wrong codes before getting it right and being disabled it wasn't easy walking back 4 times to get another code! This McDonald's is horrendous!! Never again!
The employee in drive thru repeated my order like 3 times. Dude didn't listen to me the first time I placed my order. He kept saying "Gotcha" they got 1 of my sundaes wrong and didn't put the lids on completely on my sundaes and the caramel was leaking all over. Everything was sticky in my car. This place always gets my orders wrong too.
I’ve been coming here since I was a child and they have never dissatisfied me. It’s strange to say but I only trust this McDonald’s because the one on Edinger sometimes has parts of their food that are hard.
ordered a chicken sandwich with no pickels. when they read the order back it was correct. they gave my the food and it was a chicken patty with pickels on it. no bun or anything. went inside had to wait for 10 minutes. got to my turn waited another 5 minutes for my sandwich. no apology or anything. Marcus the employee was very nice though, went out of his way to greet guests. wish the manager was decent. giving 2 stars since marcus made it bearable.
Getting to be a bit pricy. What happened, wait-don't tell me.....it's because of COVID? I have been ordering the same thing for about 30years, so I'm not the one that changed.It used to be one of the cheaper options compared to cooking at home, but now not so much. I guess the price of everything has increased, I hope no one tells that to Kraft* , shh. Mac n cheese next time and save the gas. Much cheaper and probably the same nutritional value.
Very popular restaurant in a highly populated area in HB. I was surprised that my wait wasn't longer on a Friday evening. I asked for no tartar sauce on my filet-o-fish sandwiches but instead they gave me EXTRA tartar sauce. However, they were hot and fresh and delicious!
Very crowded and food wasn't fresh but after waiting over 30 minutes for my curbside pickup, I left without complaining because I was already running late. The drive thru was congested, the inside had a line going outside. I arrived 15 minutes before it got that bad. It was hard to exit.
Wow how prices have gone up.... sundaes were $2.69 and they are not larger than before lol. Other than this ..it is a clean store with lots of room for dine-in
