Poor service: Order showed as “completed” on their monitor. Turns out it wasn’t actually ready.No one helped me at the counter. I had to just stand there because they were blasting music super loud in the kitchen. The kid taking out the trash had to sprint back into the store when he saw me from the outside of the building. Upon returning he had to get the cook off of his phone so he could make my food. The kid literally tapped him on the shoulder and pointed at the ticket that went back into the kitchen.Fresh made order means hot food, right? Nope. My sandwich was cold and soggy.Poor attention to detail: I ordered online, and you are asked what sauces you’d like. I picked two, and they still forgot to give me sauce.Seems like this location just doesn’t care.Other 1 star reviews are right. Don’t go to this location.
Guys working are cool. But would be cool if parents wouldn't encourage their kids to run back and forth on the seat cushions or sit with their feet on top of the tables. Too bad we can't keep trashy people out.
Nor going there again....got the chicken sandwich....dry and no flavor.

I'm a regular here and have been going since they've opened but it seems staff has stopped wearing masks when they cook and do food prep and when I asked the employee tonight he brushed it off and said ok. Guess they don't follow California safety regulations here. Just thought more should know. Service used to be great but not sure what happened.

These sneaky people, if you dont ask specifically for sauce youll get none. The employees NEVER ask you if youd like any with your meal. Ive been here 8+ times and everytime i get tenders im eating them dry af... But otherwise the food is good.
