They have a phenomenal chicken sandwich I get the regular and it's always juicy and flavorful I could eat one every day and I have about 5 days in a row in the past month!Exceptional service and cleanliness at this particular KFC restaurant and I really like the employees.Update: 5/23/2022I eat too much chicken!And the chickens are getting smaller, probably due to inflation.
2 years ago this was 2 stars, but everything else got worse and all prices jumped when they encountered the Biden Bump. But no! Not here, the prices and portion sizes are pretty much the same as before. The tables are just as dirty as before, not cleaner but not dirtier. So, yay, they went up a star by hanging in there.Come here for the ok food. Come here for the semi-clean tables and to experience February 2020 again!
My first job in 1980 was KFC. I have been greatly disappointed with this particular KFC 3 times now. Out of original recipe, out of potatoes, and bathrooms horrible. They should be ashamed, I contact corporate but they never got back to me. Booboo Talbert ave KFC you get a F
The good news is this restaurant takes EBT for payment The bad news is they are fraudulently charging sales tax which they are not supposed to do they refuse to refund the sales tax indicating that they have no control over how the cash registers are programmed.
Employees seem new all the time. Get overchargedall the time. Never charged the same price. They do not acceptCoupons.
awful customer service i’m from kentucky and on a road trip i even have a friend who is higher up in the country who goes around training various KFC locations, i pulled into the drive thru today w a simple request, i wanted my wings well done, the cashier went back and fourth w me at the speaker and instead of making the food as i had requested she was going to give me soggy wings that have been up since god knows when and aren’t as crispy as i like.when I confront her at the window she starts to argue with me again saying that I don’t know how to order my food basically, which as somebody who has six years of fast food experience and eight years of customer service experience altogether is some thing you never do.when i called after leaving the drive thru the manager just asked me to “come back”, like who would want to go back to somewhere that someone talked to them like that???? I have been through a lot of KFC‘s on my time in the road especially when I’m home sick. And I have never once had an employee tell me that I could not have my wings well done.ridiculous location and incompetent staff.
