Not a big fan.Sub wise, not impressed, bread is meh, no option to pick your own toppings (I didn't even know what was going to come on it), and it's the most expensive sub I think I've bought from a fast food joint (20$ with tax).Store wise, customer service was acceptable. Store was dirty, behind the counter was dirty, floor needed mopped, and the place smelled funny.Jimmy John's is not the sub for me apparently. Ah well, had to try it once.

I went to the shop at 5:00 pm and was told that I would not be helped because they had a catering order and were under staffed. There was no manager on duty other than the young man working and I was told the general manager was not around. Not a good way to run a restaurant. Thanks for wasting my time.Mark Johnson
The employees are friendly. JJ’s needs to restrain from being frugal with veggies on a vegetable only sandwich; #6 portions are embarrassing for the cost: 3 cucumbers, 3 tomatoes, less than 1 oz of avocado spread, and no more than 2 oz of lettuce for $7. Too bad I can’t post a photo of the sandwich
The meals and service were above our expectations. I truly liked the vibes of this spot. Great place to take the family out for dinner.
Worse sandwich I have had. Ordered wheat bread thinking it was on 8” wheat role and it was on regular soggy sandwich bread. They could have told me it was sandwich bread. I paid 16 dollars for 2 sandwiches that I had throw away. I called them & Will not go back!
Don't come here if you want service because Wade will not give you any.
