We've been going to this Jersey Mike's for years and have always enjoyed the customer service and of course the sandwiches. Yesterday the system was down and they were only taking cash. Apparently there was a notice on the door however my daughter didn't see it. When my daughter got to the register she didn't realize it was cash only. The person helping her made the remark "do you know how to read". I am hoping this is an isolated incident.
Wasn't too busy so got my order fast. The #56 Big Kahuna Cheese Steak can't be beat! Was so good tonight. Nice when a sandwich is consistent from order to order. Gives confidence that when you return home and open it, it's going to be as tasty as ever.Typical fast food joints quality is all over the board. But Jersey Mike's subs are always made right. Been my experience so far and don't expect anything to change. You can count on them.
I can honestly say that, this Jersey Mike's is off the chain. Then staff and manager are amazing with treating the customer like that are at home. Truely amazing ?????

I don’t know what happened to this place it was great couple years ago first time back bought a large roast beef $10 sandwich was 6 inches long 80% lettuce 15 % oil &vinager maybe the other 5% was meat and cheese what a let down ! ?
I stood there for ten min no communication till the guy in the back came took my order while waiting for my food the guy adding the toppings was rude to the a point I thought he was joking too I asked to get bacon and the guy was rude again I will never tell anyone to eat there.
Ive had better. Customer service was fabulous
