This Jack in The Box is one of the worst fast food places I’ve ever been to. The employees are extremely rude and no one cares about customers. I called to complain and they hung up on me and never picked up anymore. Asked for manager, no manager was on duty. Reached out to corporate and no one even bothered to respond. Very disappointed and will never go here ever again and do not recommend anyone else to go there either
Probably the best menu of any fast food place. I like the ultimate cheeseburger.
The food was good for Jack in the box. The service was a little slow, but the servers were very friendly!

'Jack in the Box' is 'Jack in the Box' wherever you go. It seems every restaurant is FREEZING, like they set the thermostat to 52°. The bathroom at this particular one was semi-clean. But, my personal opinion is that the chain itself serves so-so food at inflated prices. Customer service was simply mediocre, at best; the staff welcomed you w/ the BASIC "greetings," asked the REQUIRED questions (nothing more)," got your total due & food, all with a STRAIGHT FACE and MONOTONE. NO smile, NO cheerfulness, NO friendliness, NOTHING to really make you feel/think that they were happy to be there or happy to have you there. One of the BIGGEST parts of an experience is the staff's response to the customers. If the staff is miserable (even if they just look like it) can turn a customer's entire experience into a bad one. This was an overall "blah" experience. EVERYTHING about it was nothing but "BLAH" and "BLAND," from the service & atmosphere, straight down to the food.
All Jack's have the same food, same taste, and as fast food goes, I love them... however, this particular Jack's has got to be the SLOWEST in preparing orders! It took more than 15 minutes just to prepare 3 taco combos with water! They didn't even have to pour soda!!!
I love coming to this Jack location but had an unpleasant experience getting my order taken. After every single item that I would order, the lady would ask “ is that it ? “ she said that at least 5 times. Really needs to know how to take an order the right way without making the customer feel rushed

Look, normally I don’t post reviews on places but this jack in the box is the worse thing around town. The employees are literally rude, no manners at all. Don’t go here save yourself a heart attack.
