She asked for my credittdebit card before having my food ready and held it until she gave me some other person's credit/debit card then hand me a bag.
Food was hot and correct the best way to start the evening.
Was just there tonight in drive thru, tons of cars but lady was there working by her self so upbeat and happy even with being crushed with orders at 11pm. What an awesome person! I hope she gets a promotion soon!
BEWARE this lady that works there on Tuesday nights around 9:00 PM scammed me. I would have said it was a mistake but it wasn’t busy and I had kids in the car. I bought large fries and four tacos. She said she didn’t have tacos and then charged me for them. I should have known something was up when I didn’t get my receipt. I then checked my card 6.56 for a large fries? Then I tried to call and this location does not pick up the phone. The other jack in the box down the street does pick up the phone and told me whats up. STAY AWAY

Came through the drive thru around 2 am and sat at the ordering menu for 10 mins before driving up to the window. One of the female employees mouthed through the window that they were closed even though there was a paper sign at th drive thru window saying "Friday and Saturday open 24 hrs". WHY ADVERTISE YOURE OPEN 24 HRS IF YOURE NOT OPEN 24 HRS!!????!!!
Didn't order an ice tea yet was charged & Didn't get it.... 10 chicken nuggets, fries, chicken sandwich diet coke and charged me for an ice tea but didn't get it....check your receipt before you continue on. I know place are hurting but if they charged you for something you didn't order or didn't get it adds up. That's how their staying in business
Poor customer service. I came to order tacos and she starts screaming no tacos lol that's like me going to taco bell and they tell me no tacos are available. She was rude and condescending. She doesn't need to be in the drive thru or cashier you should have her cleaning in the back restocking. She has no customer service skills and this will ruin your buisness. Some people can't be trained, not in personal skills. And she's one of them.
