The wait is usually around 30+ mins. The food is usually good (I love their fries) and they have a decent variety of burgers. They now also offer a build-a-burger menu, which is nice.The service this last time was pretty slow, however. Not sure if it was due to lack of servers or if the kitchen was backed up, but that really affected our experience and explains the long wait times.
Great service from the host and waitress. The host sanitized Our table before we sat. (Seeing is knowing it's actually done!!!) Our burgers were delicious. I was so hungry and I started eating as soon as our food arrived. I forgot to take a picture of my Pipeline burger. The meat was perfectly cooked and well seasoned. I hard not eating all the fries!!! One of my favorite places to grab a burger. ???.
Service was GREAT. They disinfected the table as we sat down. Something I haven't seen done since this whole pandemic started. Our sever was friendly and very attentive. He brought beverage refills without us asking, and cleaned things away as we finished. Overall WONDERFUL experience.
We needed a quick dinner and Islands was perfect. Our waiter was polite and got us in and out. The tortilla soup is delicious!
