I went here a few days ago and the service was horrible. The employees were rude and passive-aggressive towards my party. We saw outside that tap pay was preferred, so we didn’t have a problem. While paying we were told that Apple pay wasn’t accepted, which was our method of pay. The employees did not communicate with us and only said 1 word the entire time. In the end we paid and they got my order wrong.
We found this place when visiting from Boulder, Colorado. The person that was serving us was very sweet, he even gave us a little extra each :))It was delicious, and the place has very sunshine, positive vibes. Loved it!
Great place by the beach. Try the Ict Espresso Affogato Float you will not forget it. The people are really nice and friendly. They give large portion of icecream so it's worth the price. It's right on the beach you do get the ocean view.
Ice cream is awesome, but your staff with long hair need a hair net. Their hair is falling down even in a ponytail into the ice cream when they serve you.
Lots of choices for ice cream flavors and types (soft serve, hard pack, sorbet). Ice cream was good but I think the star here are the churros. They were fresh, warm, and tasty.
A couple years ago we got ice cream at IcecreamTom. Our daughter is allergic to peanuts. She was interested in one of their flavors and we asked the salesperson what the ingredients were. Peanuts or peanut-containing items were not an ingredient. I then explicitly asked her to confirm there were no peanuts. She said there weren’t.My daughter ate a couple bites and bit into peanut butter M&M-type ingredient in the ice cream. She spat it out, rinsed her mouth and the store manager checked the ice cream’s ingredient list. The ice cream DID contain peanut butter! We called 911 and our daughter was taken to the hospital. Fortunately, she didn’t swallow the peanut butter and she was okay. The shop manager behaved appropriately during and after the incident but she was expressly instructed by the owner NOT to provide the shop’s insurance information. We tried to reach the owner via registered letter and via our insurance company. The shop owner was completely unresponsive and, through their unresponsiveness, demonstrated that they don’t take responsibility for mistakes their staff makes and harm they cause their patrons. Be on your guard or - better yet - avoid this place if you or anyone in your party has a life-threatening allergy.
Fresh churros, they prepare at time you order it so you receive a warm churro. The combo comes with ice cream, great combination ?Good service, clean place. Recommend.
The Dole Pineapple Float is my favorite but there is so much to choose from and the location right in front of Huntington Beach Pier is the icing on the ice cream cone
We ordered a basic split scoop ice cream. They basically put two scoops of ice cream instead of one with two flavors on the waffle cone which slightly broke in her hand. When the woman gave me the cone, it completely broke and fell onto my shirt right as we were about to pay for it. The servers did absolutely nothing to help me and proceeded to charge us 10 dollars for a waffle cone that broke and the ice cream that was now on my shirt. I thankfully had asked for an extra cup as I saw the ice cream cone was huge and managed to put the shirt ice cream into the cup. Anyway, we finally sat down to try and eat what was left and the ice cream tasted awful. Got the cookie monster and salted caramel flavors. Terrible. Straight out of the ice cream section at a dollar store. Absolutely awful. Threw the whole thing straight into the trash after two bites. Went to Dairy Queen afterwards and it was much cheaper and much tastier. Save your money and your clothes.
Excellent dole whip float and churros. Their Vietnamese coffee is worth trying also! Clean store and fast service!
