An outstanding vacation, thank you! The double rooms are comfortable for a family of 4 and the pool and water slides were a hit with our kids. Everyone we met from check-in, dining to check-out were so kind and the hospitality is second to none. Ludcia (Check-in), Romar (Bell Desk) Rebekah (Dining), Elmer (Dining) and Shelby (Easter Brunch Coordinator and Host) and many more made this a vacation we will not soon forget. Thank you, everything exceeded our expectations, the rooms were well appointed, fire pits and s'mores packages were a fun addition and the walkway to the beach made this the perfect spot for our stay. Excellent staff and venue. They really go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and happy. Great food options and the salt water pool offers a great place to cool off. The spa services are also amazing! The couples massage was well worth it and the facility is supremely relaxing.
Friendly and helpful, accommodating and convenient. Easy and safe beach access. Beautiful grounds. Only gripe is I couldn't find overnight public parking but that's not their fault.
We are a family of 3 and have just stayed in resort heaven. After initial imposter syndrome we settled in to the kids pool area and the slides were a huge hit ! The breakfast at the Watertable restaurant is perfect and everything felt like a treat. We always managed to find a spot by the pools to shade our English skin from the scorching sun. The only issue was the main pool was freezing and we couldn't swim in there as a family as it was just too cold. Kids pool was busy but warmer and the mermaids?♀️ were friendly! The room overlooked the courtyard and we were delighted to see hummingbirds. The beds were so comfy and spacious and rooms spotless. We would love to come back but it really felt like a once in a lifetime treat ?
My VERY favorite hotel in Southern California! Luxury and family friendly-What more can you ask for?! My family has stayed here more times than I can count and have an amazing time every time! The grounds are gorgeous, the beds are super comfy, the food is delicious, the water slides are so fun, and the service is top notch! You won't be disappointed!
All of the staff are very polite. Phat, Josh, Ella & Anthony in the restaurant were especially AMAZING at breakfast. These 4 took our stay to a higher level. They went out of their way to make sure we were beyond happy & it started our day off in the perfect way every morning. Ella always had a smile & was so nice. Josh would remember what we said we were doing the day before and he would always ask if we enjoyed it, he really had a personal touch & that was so appreciated. Anthony was so friendly & gave great service, he truly wanted to make sure we were happy. Phat is one of the kindest men we have ever met. The world really needs more people like Phat in it. The food in the restaurant is excellent. Our favorite was the Acai Bowl in the morning. Resort is in a great location, beach is across the street and lots of places to walk to. Our Colorado family really loved our stay here. Thank you.
We stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed the amenities, including the beach bonfires. What really made our stay amazing was Kayla and Breanne. We had an issue with our luggage and they went over and above to make sure we were taken care of. They demonstrated that they are focused on taking care of their customers. Thank you again for being so very solutions focused and making our stay so great!!
This is my 2nd time stayed at this Hyatt location. The rooms were always clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel was pleasant; the ladies at the restaurant entrance were very attentive and even gave ginger sparking water to my kid when she noticed that he was not feeling well. I’m very touched! The views in our room were beautiful! We will be back.
First class staff and service. The finest accommodations in Huntington Beach. Even when an issue arises, which is seldom, the staff is expedient and friendly in resolving problems and putting their customers first. Norm Hutton went above and beyond for us, ensuring our experience was unencumbered and memorable. We'll be back for many years to come.
Belle was the most professional welcoming representative. I could sit with her all day and have some margaritas. She made you feel like you had come home. Our reservations were made 4 hours before our arrival and she was ready for us. Check in was a breeze. The directions she gave us were perfect. I would highly recommend her.
