The online site would not let me use my peice of the pie tewards with the 5.99 coupon special!! 3 items ordered (2 pizza, 1 padta). I finally gave in and just paying for all 3 items
I ordered 2-medium pizzas & the chocolate lava crisps to be delivered tonight at 11:20pm (the store closes at 1am). For 2-pizzas & a dessert the order came to a total of $59! I asked the woman to add $10 for a tip for the driver. I made sure they had my cell# & asked if they could call me when he arrived so I could meet him at the door. They quoted me 45 minutes. At 12:45 (an hr + 15 minutes) later & no one has called me, knock at the door & when I call the store no one answers). I am so irritated. I'm not sure if I'm going to call or be waiting at their door when they open. But I am mad & can't wait to get some free pizza coupons because that is the only thing that might pacify me. Aargh, so frustrating!
Not willing to work with customer when their own software drops the order but still charges. Love being told to file a credit card dispute for pizza.
I'm so happy with the Huntington beach dominoes. They make consistent food and delivery is always on time.
Took 2 hours to complete order. Manager is extremely rude. Would never do business here again. Not even if it’s free! Cold pizza to top it off.

The pizza is always really good. Could have a little more toppings so the entire pizza gets something on it. As for the chicken wings, way too wet with the sauce and the meat is not cooked enough. Very fatty chicken skin not cooked enough is not a pleasant taste or texture in your mouth. Second time trying the wings. Will not purchase them again. But no where else makes a thin crust pizza better than Domino's.

This store must be desperate for help as they hire disrespecting managers on night shift that call you "Dude" and blame you when they send the wrong order. Then he accuses customers of wanting to get free food. I didn't want free food, just what I ordered. So hopefully a district manager sees this review and helps the staff understand what customer service means.
