Food is as expected at a Del Taco. But my complaint is they have neon signs in the window stating drive-thru open 24hours yet at 2am they are turning people away. Then you get to the window and sign states open 24hrs on Friday and Saturday only and rest of the week open until 3am.. but at 2am they are turning cars away.. a lot of cars.. at least 6 in the time i was there
I ordered the delivery through Postmates and I ordered three del tacos and two chicken soft tacos. I had a mostly lettuce on my del tacos there is some meat and a sprinkling of cheeseI was under the impression del tacos were supposed to be filled with more than just lettuce I mean what are you paying the extra for. I usually have pretty good experiences about this del Taco but not today. I took pictures but there's no place to post them.
Really good staff here friendly and efficient. Probably closer to 4.6 stars because sometimes the traffic flow gets very congested due to the gym next door.
I've never had problems with this Del. They've been my late night go-to for years and have always been open when they said they are.
Its really hit n miss here. There is 1 female. Whose name I will get and post later, who is FLAWLESS never got my order wrong works alone, mostly late night. She is fantastic and prompt. Sadly can't say that for the rest of the team at Del Taco. More than half the time my orders are wrong. Im not picky or demanding. Just want the size and items I've paid for. So double check. Even if they say "Yeah its in there."
Terrible walking service was really bad.Asked for 4 pieces caramel cheese cake bites only gave me 2 .. and only charged me 2 that's ok. And when I got to the car went check my food was missing the caramel cheese cake bites. I had to go back in side and get it...wow that was a terrible experience.
Friend wanted tamales from here. They only have Pork Tamales. My friend liked the tamales.
They are looking for more staff. Items have been missing from orders. Staff is pleasant. Taco Tuesday and Thursday for discount tacos. I enjoy the fish tacos.
This Fast food has a perfect fries, obliging teams, and reasonable estimating. They additionally served it hot to fulfill their clients. Thank you!
