Haven’t been to this place since late “90s. Now I’m with the grandkids and I’m having nostalgic fun!
It was pretty empty on a Sunday but my nieces had fun. The games are spaced out, i enjoy the new setup. The salad bar wasn't as great as it was prepandemic.
so you guys are not family friendly welcoming anymore. and I hope that you guys loose out on a lot of costumers or switch your mask option. because we just came from Dave n Buster's had a blast with my family and dropped about $100 or more. and we will continue to go there as well. because they don't make you wear a mask. same with fountain valley skate center, and the church we go to here in Huntington beach. masks are optional in many places that we go to. and candeeland at main place mall you don't half to wear a mask. we are your local Huntington beach resident who goes to this Chuck E. Cheese about once a month.
Chuck E. Cheese is a fun place! Apt of their machines seem to be broken and the place has a funky smell. Although I did see staff clean all the time and restrooms were clean. It could be the carpets?There was a girl who wasn’t that kind maybe the manager? She has short dark hair very shiny. She was doing inventory while I was trying to buy food. And it took her 4 minutes to finally take my order. I even said “okay I guess I’ll refill my soda meanwhile.” My daughter and I were the only customers in the building.The three stars are mainly for the lovely lady who I wished I new her name! She had trouble speaking English but she was the most helpful.
Haven't been here in over 25yrs, we were impressed with their service, cleanliness and the improvement of the pizzas and the salad bar. Keep up on the good job.Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
Was there for a School Fundraiser, even though they had signs about masks being worn while not sitting at the tables there were people not wearing them, staff can't control everyone coming in. To make it even worse one of the Employees was seen stocking the straw section with no gloves on, she literally grabbed a hand full of straws and filled it while still pushing the straws down with her hand, super gross knowing kids were getting straws. I'm glad I didn't need to get a drink. Employees should get more training.
This location is one of the older locations, but I like the size of this location seems to have more games and my toddler nephews really love this location because of it so that's good enough for me.
the employees here are so nice and it's never packed ....the rides are never out if order ....and the food is fresh !
Went for a friend's daughter's birthday, 4 years old. The staff was right on with keeping multiple parties going. Very well handled.
