I'm a creature of habit for the most part. I find a few things I like off a menu and bounce between ordering those items! My favorite staple here is the grilled shrimp burrito made Baja style! Chronic fries on those days I wanna do a carb crash ? fish tacos and potato tacos!
Always great. Haven't been in years and was the Corona location. Yet still great. About 15 for a burrito and drink.
I come into this establishment weekly, but it appears that will have have to change. I order the same item every time i make my way to chronic tacos, unfortunately on May 1st, 2022 a member of the chronic tacos team messed up my order after i politely stated i did not ask for beans on my cali burrito. They had already placed the carne asada, french fries, and spanish rice on the tortilla, then he proceeded to add the beans, i assumed it was somebody else’s order however it was not. In spite of this i did not make a scene, i just let him know i didn’t ask for beans and implied that i’d like a new burrito to be made, however instead of them placing fresh new items on the burrito, the employee picked off the carne asada, french fries and some rice from the incorrect burrito with beans and then placed it on the new burrito i requested. When i saw this i was SEVERELY DISAPPOINTED, prior to this i’d been coming to chronic for maybe 1.5 years however this unfortunately will be the last day. Since most of the fries he transferred over from the old burrito had beans on them i was only left with about 5-6 fries on the new burrito, i am by no means a picky or hard to please person however this just showed the lack of respect this employee in particular has towards customers. I then asked another employee there if i could please have more fries added to my burrito, after i asked this the employee who messed up my order laughed and started mumbling words in spanish, like i mentioned earlier i usually don’t fuss over small instances such as this but when you disrespect a consistent customer like myself that’s where i draw the line, i did not make a scene inside the establishment however i know i will never step foot in this business again, ALL of the OTHER EMPLOYEES are GREAT i don’t want that to get lost in my complaint, however as many know it only takes one bad apple to corrupt a whole batch. I did not get the employees name as i did not want to make a scene however he was middle aged with black/gray spiked hair and crooked teeth. I’d advise many of you stay away if you see this man in the restaurant!
I love the food here. So many combinations. My fave is the salad, who knew. Best vinagrette with a kick too! Had 3 salads from here this week, asada x 2 and shrimp. The churro bites are mighty tasty to share. The crew works hard here to ensure you are satisfied. Thanks guys!!
Best food I have had at great price. You choose how and what to add tacos, burrito or bowls..Employees were awesome
I ordered through Postmates and had a delivery issue. The order was delayed over an hour and hadn't yet been picked up, so I went in myself. Fernando (the manager) was great, he called Postmates, cancelled my order, and my $$ was refunded right away. I paid for my order itself so they wouldn't lose money for their time and product though he offered not to charge me. Thank you Fernando for handling this issue. BTW...your food is awesome and your customers service is Aces! Thanks again. I will definitely be back. Happy New Year!
First time here. We got the taco plate and burrito. It was so good and filling. Great services
My wife works here and periodically I'll pop in with our son and hands down on the love we get. And the food is too the moon and back.
Very friendly staff. The food is always fresh. The fish tacos are delicious! One of those restaurants where you want to try everything on the menu.
Pretty good!! I usually get their burritos of the taco plate, always Al pastor. Can't go wrong, a little pricey but Im not complaining
