Got food poisoning from this location yesterday. That was the only thing I ate all day.The employees were also extremely incompetent. I told the guy I wanted the kids cheese quesadilla that was $4.30, he asked if I wanted a side of chicken or meat, I told him only if it wasn’t extra, he didn’t know so he asked his coworker, she didn’t know so she asked their other coworker, that coworker said it’s not extra so I said sure to the side of chicken, and then the cashier tried to charge me extra for the side of chicken ?♀️
Just got a chicken bowl from here. The rice was hard, crunchy and way undercooked and the chicken was burnt. Customer service here is pretty bad as well. Most of the employees have a really bad attitude and are rude. The last few times I've been here they really went light on all the ingredients, specially the rice. To get more was like pulling teeth. Patience is running real thin with this location. Not sure if I will return. Might be better off driving a few extra minutes to a different location.
Order in person only if you dare!! Incompetency of another level on fulfilling an online orders correctly. Figured improvements would've been made since last screw up months ago but NOOOO, I got handed 2 taco's in a bowl instead of a burrito bowl. Drive thru pick experience is horrific each time as well. How do you not feel the weight difference of a bowl vs tacos? When I asked the lady handing the bag "this is a bowl right?" Looked at the correctly printed order ticket/label and said yes. Clearly wrong!! Never again am I stepping foot in this location.
I just picked up my bowl at the drive-thru window. Nasty bowl. Barbacoa/Steak was old full of fat. Fajita veges looked old and gross. Old food sucks
The Chipotlane drive through is really nice feature which dovetails perfectly with their best-in-the-business app.Fast and complete, order even though it was busy.
Good but could use some improvements. Food needs to be hotter.
The quality of service has degraded in recent months at this location. Every time I frequent this location, the order is either messed up or missing. Its unacceptable to expect troubles when you order at a certain location. Very disappointed with the low quality cooks in the back that cannot portion properly. Been going here for over 8 years. Will find a new location to take my business.
Sat down, opened my bowl, took 2 bites and then I see a whole bug walking on the lettuce. The customer service at this location is always horrible, but to now have live animals in the food is disgusting. Do better chipotle or close your doors.
This location consistently is trying to clean and close before closing, leading to lack of actually options available. Instead of saying you close at ten just stop taking orders past 930 if your going to run out of things simply because your workers are trying to get out of work right at closing. It's really poor service it to mention lack of consistency in serving. Very simply if you have a job do it right, don't take shortcuts or lack service quality because you're having a bad day.
Everything I get at Chipotle is tasty. I really like the chips and guac. It's all you custom burritos, bowls, tacos.
