I will not be dinning here Again! The Service was so bad, extremely slow and inattentive! We received unsanitized greasy menus. Our Server never came to check how the food came out, we were waiting on Cheese and Red Pepper for our Pizzas and by the time he came by our pizza was cold. We wanted more drinks and again he was too busy. We ended up getting our check from the Host. I spent over $90 for Bad Service and Cold Food. It was a Horrible Experience. I hope you find my review helpful and it prevents you from making the same mistake. Save your Money!
Our granddaughter wanted to celebrate her upcoming birthday at CPK & since we had never been we were excited to try it. We were not disappointed! Our server, Izzy, was fabulous and our pizzas were ready great. ?? This is a “must go to again” place on our list!
We have been there several times before and have Never had the same problem that I had this day. I asked for the veggies to be cooked on the Pizza and not cold on top. I have asked for this at other CPK with out problem. The first picture is what it is supposed to look like but the second and third pictures are two DIFFERENT Pizzas they made for me.
I highly recommend the cauliflower crust on your pizza. For some odd reason CPK was out of regular pizza dough and the cauliflower crust was our only option, so we gave it a shot. It was soooooooooo good. Definitely having it again.Butter cake was perfect.
Friend with super sensitivity to Gluten found their Gluten free practices to be spot on. Just tell them about your stats and all good. Somewhat empty when I went so food was hot fresh and fast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will go again.
Dined in with group of 5 . The place was pretty busy for a Monday night. Waitress was very sweet and attentive even though she seemed the only one waiting the tables. We got our food and it was very good. Service was a little slow but seemed like they were trying as hard as they could and were just overwhelmed

Oh man, great experience at first, drinks came out quick, kids were happy. Ordered our pizzas, one of which being a chickpea dough, the other a normal cheese. 20 minutes later we hear our server tell the group that just sat down that they are out of the chickpea dough. We thought we must have got the last one, 20 minutes later we’re getting pretty hungry and the kids are getting hangry and our server comes and notifies us that they are out of the chickpea dough and they haven’t started the kids pizza. Paid for our drinks and left. Not even an apology from the server. Sorry CPK this one left a bad taste in our mouth. We looked back and we were there for an hour.
This place is a well-oiled machine!Workers were moving all over the place with precision. And one waitress was just perpetual motion --- and her name is April! And NO that was not the month she was born, but she was just so calm, cool and collected as she dealt with her myriad of tables!And come to find out she had been working there only 2 months!Now the chicken on my Cobb salad was dry and tasteless! I will be back to switch to pizza and one thing is for sure --- I'm gonna ask to sit in April's section . . . and so should you!
We tried to go to Islands but were told the wait would be about 30. Plenty of open tables and a near empty patio. Whatever. Walked over to CPK and am happy we did. The wait was minimal (about 5 minutes for a two top). The service was perfect. I wish I recalled the servers name but she was a delight. The food was delicious and the portions were just right.
