Our 1st time there. We liked it. We'll go back again soon. The atmosphere was cozy and friendly, the service great. I want to try a few more dishes they have.
Avocado toast was a bit bland. Very professional staff.
The waiting staff was nice, but forgot about our table, so we watched as new guests checking in got seated and ordered before us. The carmel latte was decent, however little on the sweet side, but hey thats sort of the point. We ordered the Baja breakfast burrito w/ chorizo and the French toast combo. Baja burrito ingredients were surprisingly evenly distributed, so every bit had an ample amount of cheese, black beans, brown rice, and chorizo. That being noted the flavor was just "ok" could have used more seasoning on the chorizo. The French toast was nice and fluffy until the addition of syrup which made it dense and chewy. The price was fair sitting at a total of $25 for 2. Overall the experience was ok.
Quality of food is not good. Service is adequate. Waited too long for a table to eat such mediocre food. Will not return.
Came in on a weekday after noon time and it was still busy. A couple of tables were available, but it’s my understanding that they would not seat the party unless everyone was present. We ordered the cinnamon roll pancakes, huevos rancheros, a burrito, as well as a cinnamon roll to go. Our food came out quickly and was abundant. The pancakes were overwhelmingly sweet and the huevos rancheros was average. I just expected more based on the rave reviews. The “famous” cinnamon roll that I brought home was hard, dense, and cloyingly sweet even without the frosting. I was not impressed and would not go out of my way to return. That said, my friends were split in their opinions as some really loved their food.
One of my all-time favorite breakfast joints.The mashed potato omelette (with extra bacon, sub out tomatoes for x-crispy potatoes) sits just right, and the coffee is quite good.Friendly staff, and the owners are a delight.
Chicken Chile Verde is legit! It is so choice. If you have the means, I highly recommend picking one up.
Cash only place, we like the open seating tho, in the parking lot and nicely covered with easyups.
First time here for breakfast. Excellent service and yummy food. Apparently very popular with the locals.
