We went in for a to-go order and was advised it will take 10 mins. After 30 mins past we asked where are food was and she advise us it will be another 10 mins. After 25 mins later they brought it out it was cold when we got to the car. I understand that food takes time to cook and it wasn't even busy . People who order after us got their food before us. They hosted up front never kept us on the loop of what was going with our food. I really enjoy your guys food but the service was horrible. Probably won't come to this location again.
Yesterday we were at this location around 11 something and we were given a table and we’re also provided with a sling. We have always came to this location with my baby in his stroller, never had a problem until yesterday. We told the server we were not going to need the sling since we had the baby in his car seat attached to his stroller. She puts it away and person in charged comes to tell us that our stroller can’t be there because we are blocking the way and they are expected to get busy due to a soccer game. Btw there was still space for people to walk by. My husband told him what was the difference from the stroller being there to the sling being there he said that it was an emergency exit and it had to be clear. Once again whenever we come around the same time we always get seated there. So he says he’s going to find us another table and we were ok with it as we are moving to the other table my husband just asked him like what’s the difference this is the first time they tell us something about a stroller, we have came during the night time when there’s more people. In my opinion where he was going to sit us was more crowded then the original table. As we are waking to the other table he told us well do you want to eat here or not !!?? That did it for me it was unnecessary due to the fact that we had agreed to move yet somehow it bugged him that we asked the difference from a sling and a stroller being in the way. We ended up leaving due to his rude comment we were not being disrespectful nor rude . We had our kids with us the last thing we want is to cause drama but he didn’t care for that . We decided to check around 1230 to see if it was “ busy” and to our surprise it wasn’t yet there was a family sitting at that spot we had to move from with a high chair ! He was very rude and disrespectful, if that’s how a person in charge acts then he needs a bit more training. Very unprofessional. Our last visit we had which was a few weeks ago with my baby in a stroller was nothing like this the server during that time was amazing ! JESSE on the other hand makes me not want to come back again !
They started out very nice and they kinda made it difficult when ordering. It took over an hour and there was no one. Then we got our food and they didn’t give us out fries and veggies that we payed for so we came back and they took over another 30 minutes. It took so long that now my food is soggy. They never mange to get any of my orders right.
If you want extremely hi beer prices and mediocre food come here. They have a very impressive beer selection but your gonna pay thru the nose for a beer. If they are busy to the point of waiting for a table .... dont bother service at that point is decent at best and slow af.... id say go if its slow flag down a waitress as i had to do when it was slow and get the specials and or 5$ beers as the are VERY LIMITED. Came here when it was crowded. Waited about 30 min. After being seated, no server came by. We flagged a random server and said he’d be happy to help. Kinda weird no server was assigned. Food was just ok. Lots of TV’s which was nice and they have outdoor seating. They also show the ufc fights
the wings here are incredible. A popular sports bar with an atmosphere that is always popping. If you have not ever been you need to go . It is worth it.
Food was wrong. Every single aspect of it, and the waiter shrugged it off.They’ve also raised their prices. With subpar service and mediocre food, I will now stay away from this place.
App and phone number does not work. Wanted to place an order. I guess they do not want customers to order food.
Food came to the table super cold. I ordered 20 wings with 4 different flavors. The flavor on the wings was mediocre at best . I personally would rather go to Wingstop the service here from our server was fantastic she was a very nice lady even though it was super busy she made sure to attend us well. Rather than that food was not good at all Guacamole burger was the best thing on our table . But our Super sampler or whatever it was called was all cold mozzarella sticks were solid not warm at all. Onion rings were hard. For my first time here I would not come back to this place. For being called buffalo wild "wings" the wings were trash.
Awesome service at the bar from Jordyn and Michelle. Place was packed due to football and UFC, but these ladies did not skip a beat. Thank you!!!
