Poor customer service/ASIAN DISCRIMINATION. The manager at chandler blvd in chandler, AZ, his comment is not acceptable to say the least. We called to request a reservation for a dinner party on a Friday night. Granted the number is high, he can easily state that the restaurant does not take reservations on weekends and I would’ve been fine with that. Instead his remark is that I’m better off going to a buffet bc no one would take a party of 20+. What? Bc I am Asian I should go to buffets. If I wanted a buffet, why would I request a reservation at BJ instead of a buffet. Discrimination is not appreciated, if he’s doing it at his level, imagine the management he’s resonating to his staff. Quite disappointed that he’s in hospitality service while lacking the least decent.

The customer service and management at the Thousand Oaks location is horrible. I put an order in at 5:15 online for a 630 pick up and it was not ready for 45 minutes after that and the food was cold. Do yourself a favor revamp the management and at the Thousand Oaks location. And the manager Laura doesn’t like to wear a mask clearly because she did it horribly around her chin up.

I was charged a full dinner plate and was served a kids bowl when I was suppose to be refunded had been almost going to be a week..I think this is very bad service. And this was burbank location...

I ordered a wedge salad for take out and it looked like leftovers from someone’s plate. The portion was so small and the lettuce did not appear fresh. I will no longer order to go or go back to BJ’s.

I get that during the Covid shut downs restaurants had to adjust their hours of operations. But it would really be nice if you all would go back to your late nigh hours now that the restrictions have been lifted (in CA). For a lot of people 9pm is not late enough.

The portions were way to small and food wasn’t hot , i even took friends out to dinner, so embarrassing, never again

This review is for the San Diego - Mission Valley location.My wife made a curbside order, and when I arrived, I called the restaurant to alert them I was outside. I was told that they do not do curbside after 9:00pm. (This was not listed on the website. If it was, we would not have ordered from there.) Furthermore, when I went inside none of the staff greeted me. I had to search out my order that was sitting on a table deep inside the restaurant. (For how long, I have no idea. Which means it was not kept warm.) Once I found the order, I stopped a server that was walking by and asked for a manager. I explained that I was upset about the curbside not being honored. He said it was for the safety of his employees. (What about the safety of the customer?)When I got the food home, the pizza was no better than a pan pizza from Dominoes. The food was lukewarm, and not worth the amount that my wife paid for it. She also left a tip for the order. (Who gets the tip if the food was not brought out or handed to me by a server?) We are highly upset on the treatment and quality of food received. This was the first time that we ordered from this restaurant and they will not get our business ever again.

I placed an order on BJ'S Restaurant and Brewhouse website directly at 5:05pm E.T. and the delivery time was 6pm. (Location: 5141 Tuttle Crossing Blvd, Dublin, OH 43016) However, I got a call from someone at the restaurant at 5:56pm which was 4 minutes before my delivery was to arrive telling me that my order was never fulfilled due to out of the entree I ordered. So, I asked why am I just now getting a call when the order was placed at 5:05pm, he then said he just found the order. I explained this order was placed directly on their website and not a 3rd parry and that person who happened to be the manager (Nate) then stop responding for about 2-3 minutes. Finally, he then came back and said must be something wrong with my phone line when it wasn't, he just didn't know how to respond as he was caught in a lie. Very bad customer service and to add insult to injury, my card was charged. I advised him to refund my full purchase amount as I lost taste for this restaurant and its terrible service. H was rude and over-talking and when I tried to get his attention, he hung up. I recorded the 1st call and called back and spoke with him again recording the 2nd call as proof of his ignorance and told him call was being recorded and advised to refund my money and that I would be reporting to BBB and their corp office first thing Monday. Needless to say I will never do business with this restaurant again, literally. I will be checking my account for refund and if not refunded then I will take legal measures and expose this restaurant on the news. I find it hilarious how restaurants and bars want our support in these times but they treat people like this. I'd rather give no stars but not a option.

Ordered dinner from Grubhub for BJs in Corona. Was told it would take 1hr. An hour later I received a text my dinner was going to be delivered and immediately after I received a text the order was canceled. I was informed by the driver that another driver picked up my dinner that had the same name as mine. I called the manager of BJs and he said he tried to remake the dinner but the driver already left. I’m disappointed because I was charged $90 and I have to wait 5 business days to get the money back into my account. Very disappointing Friday night.
