Well it's a mixed bag at BJ's lately. My Daughter and family went 7/3 and service/food was lousy at best.We went 7/4 (yea I know it's a holiday) and it was OK. We did the Call Ahead and still waited 15 minutes, the place was not busy at all. The food came out good. But apparently they were short on cooks so they didn't have the $6 to go menu. Was told short staffed so couldn't make them in the morning.Well truthfully eating out anywhere sucks these days, either short staffed, untrained or they just don't care to work for $15 an hour. IMHO
One of my favorite local places to go to. Service and food is always consistent ?. The bar area staff has been there since way before Covid which is a fabulous sign. Pricing is moderate but worth it. You'll walk away stuffed every time.
Was excited to eat here as I used to regularly come for their beer & pizza. I do not recommend this place, as its run by children now. They're all chatting at the front hanging out like its a skatepark, no hellos/welcomes or goodbyes. The meals came out in a timely manner with the exception of my Pizza. Everyone ate 20min later still no pizza. Apparently ours was given to another table. Waited another 15min still nothing, had to cancel it. Went and got a burger down the street as that was way faster. No apologies, was just whatever as teenagers can care less. Best of luck if you eat here.
sorry but very disappointed our fries were cold and been sitting for awhile. Burger was supposed to have bacon, one side add one small piece the other had NONE !! We cone here alot but not sure if I will come back.
The only reason I did not give this place 5 stars is because the service was not very good. I mean our server got things done but we had to wait a good bit to get a drink that came in a bottle. Also it appears our server was more interested in socializing with the young ladies rather than tending his tables.
Good food, but slow service. Pizza was cut weird, but at least it tasted good lol
Our server Katie was sweet, but when she announced we got the last order of there wings they came back with nuggets. She apologized and told us they where out. So now we had somthing we didn't want and had to pay for. The food came out blan. The junbalia usually has a bunch of seasoning and flavor. But it tasted like bottom of the barrel and flavorless. A lot of people around us got their order wrong too multiple times. Lots of negative banter. Beer was great though. Probably won't be going back. Thanks for the memories.
We had a fairly large group & had a fantastic waiter. Good food & great service.
I would give it two stars for the last time I ordered food to go. But I brought it up ever since I found out about their prime rib dinner Friday night through Sunday. I love it and it's such a bargain for the quality. So much food I make it into two meals. The only thing is it's limited quantities. I've had it twice and it's been sold out twice. Check location and hours for availability.
We had pizza and beer for dinner.Very good like always.Hailey was our waitres and she did great job.
