The asian lady working here said "masks are now required" (but they weren't last week, and the week before that). As she took the cash from the person in front of me, she grabbed a cone for my friend using her bare hand, that she touched cash with.. So apparently it's ok to touch cash and peoples food, but masks made out of paper are required.

I was there today 10-08-2021 at around 6:00 pm, and the girl that was helping was not familiar with the Flavor of the Month. She had to ask a coworker. I wonder, how is it possible this girl has a job here and does not know the Flavor of the Month? It gets worse. The girl kept touching her mask, and her hair was in two long ponytails worn in the front. When she leaned over into the ice cream freezer, her hair was dangling down. At one point, she was scooping the chocolate peanut butter ice cream that was sitting on the back counter, since they were out of the one in the freezer. As she scooped, her hair went right inside the ice cream container. It was literally laying on top of the ice cream. She wasn't wearing gloves either, but some of the other workers were. She went from scooping, to the register, to scooping again without washing her hands. All along she was touching her mask and her hair continually. It was disgusting, and I had to keep myself from saying anything, I was so angry. I want a full refund. The manager needs to make sure this doesn't happen again, or I am calling the health department.
