Came here two nights in a row and they were closed over an hour earlier than store hours. The second night an employee came to the door to tell us they were closing (before 9:00pm when online says they close at 10:00pm) she was very rude and unhelpful. I could see another worker inside who was already changed and ready to leave for the night. definitely won’t be going back to this location.
Came in on my bday for my free kid scoop. Waited in the line for more than 10mins, about ten people in line. It was hot and no a/c. The new worker, 2nd day on the job didn’t know what to do when I showed her my email. She said it’s her second day she doesn’t know how to redeem. I told her just use the scanner. She used a different register and couldn’t figure it out. So I asked her to do something about it and so she called someone maybe the manager and was told the machine was down and they couldn’t do anything about it. Ice cream already scooped. No solution but for me to pay. I asked her politely what will you do with the scoop of ice cream, she said she would have to throw it away or else she will get in trouble for giving it away. I even offered her my email to no avail. Thanks for ruining my day. Went to another Baskin-Robbins location on brookhurst and the service was like night and day. Sorry but I will not return to this location. Why is a new employee working all alone on such a busy night?
Never again will I come to this racist establishment. I can’t believe we are in 2022 and how visible this discrimination was. The young Caucasian staff there want to act like they did not just see me walk in through that door and then not serve me just because I’m not white. This was very hurtful and disrespectful. So I just walked out. Shame on you guys. 0 stars.
Two scoops cup was well worth it. We loved the Oreos cookie's and cream and Snickers flavors!
Perfect location. Perfect weather. The ice cream cones were just what our tummies wanted.
Great little shop. The girl that helps us out all the time is awesome. Really friendly (and patient) with my kids. They stay open late in case you get a sweet tooth! Great location on the corner so you are close to everything. Eat at BJs dessert at BR!

This baskin Robbins is always on top of their game.. I love coming to this 31 flavors ice cream... the staff is absolutely courteous and customer service is amazing from everyone. !
