Yummy yummy açaí bowl. It’s fresh with great ingredients and thick enough to enjoy before it all melts. Great service too and convenient location.
This place takes way too long. All 3 times I went it took 45 minutes to get a smoothie. Really ? I can buy a blender and fruit at the store and drive home in that amount of time.The people who work here are untrained stoned children and the owner doesn’t care obviously. Everyone complains. Smoothies shouldn't take 45 minutes ever for any reason.
Love this place! Really great bowls just always so packed and a line out the door. Last time they told us to order online when we arrived. So anticipate that if you try it.Bowls are big and fresh.
The bowls here are always great, the staff however not so much. Expect to wait 30-40 mins for your bowl or an hour+ if they’re busy. I came in when there was no one and still ended up waiting around 30 mins for my order to be ready.
Waited 40 minutes for one smoothie. 40 minutes.. also the red head had an attitude with someone on the phone in front of a line of people. Smoothie was decent.
The best açaí bowl I’ve ever had.
The bowls are super good, but that doesn't negate waiting 40+ minutes for a glorified smoothy. If I was at a sit-down restaurant maybe okay, but not for a smoothy or bowl. 10 min maybe. The business has some process issues that should be addressed. They also seemed to rely heavily on online ordering to save them time but that seems to make things worse. Management might look into LEAN Six Sigma.
Love the bowls. But give yourself 30 minutes before you need them. They work slow.
Absolute worst customer service I’ve experienced anywhere. Walked in today around 11:30am to place an order. Was the only one in line. Stood there for 30 minutes before even being acknowledged that I was standing there waiting. When finally someone walked up, I asked to place an order and she rudely just said “no”. Asked why and she just responded with “we aren’t taking orders for another 10-20 mins” and walked away. No reasoning as to why or anything. Will never come back to this Banzai. Really need to look at finding better help. No need to be rude to customers for no reason, let alone not even acknowledging someone is there to place an order.
When we stopped by for breakfast this morning, Zack and the rest of the family at Banzai Bowl got right to work blending by far the best Açai bowls I have ever tasted. Service was punctual, the atmosphere was laid back yet refreshing, and the food was an excellent early morning adventure for the taste buds.
