Burgers have to write about, so good onion rings too. . . . can't handle how quickly orders are filled, sitting at the bar watching the chefs are amazing, great place for lunch. . . . The only thing the girl took off was the pain in the butt. We don't need pictures and she will keep coming back to try and sell them again. No thanks usually means NO.
Okay follow me here. Just like seeing a beautiful girl you want who then turns out to have bad breath, an annoying laugh, and bad b.o. that is the 2nd floor! Walking in the design of the space, the options for seating, the bar, the balcony...all great. Until you actually order anything. Drinks are watered down, the food is all cooked wrong, and the staffing is terrible. Mind you the staff waiting tables are great, but the entire bar and kitchen staff are fired. The only thing they didn't do wrong were some french fries. Burgers - bland. They did have good bacon so it's amazing that they can't cook to find medium or find a spice rack. I watched a frustrated family walk out when they discovered their fried chicken sandwiches were still raw in the middle but couldn't get staff to respond to them to send it back to be actually cooked. Major liability eating here. My medium burger turned out to be grilled like a corrupt senator and seemingly left to die on the bun until cold before being brought to me.The Mac n cheese was disgusting. Please stop serving it, it's like someone soaked pasta in old dishwater and spritzed it with cheese whiz. Really super sad too because this has to be one of the coolest vibe looking places in HB, they just need people who know how to cook, make drinks, and expedite orders...you know basically run the entire restaurant... that's all.
What a great bar! Boyfriend and I went to 2nd Floor because Gallagher's was closed! Willie (if that's his real name) is the best bartender and company that anyone can ask for at 5pm on a Friday night. Honestly, the entire staff was a hoot and a half! Everyone is so lively and we are sad we haven't gone to 2nd Floor much earlier when we moved out here. Great team, delicious food and good alcohol!

Giant Nachos are the Best, there can feed 4/5 people Seriously! Kobe Sliders are definitely on my order and the Calamari is always Crisp. Great food
We ordered the Colossal Nachos and Koolsville! Omg, the portion is huge! Two of us can barely finished half of the nachos. They tasted great too. The Koolsville was perfectly mixed and literally I just ordered another one!The inside was spacious and simply decorated. We sat outside (with heater) a bit then moved inside.Staff was super friendly!
This was the BEST restaurant and bar I've been to in Huntington Beach and SoCal so far. Atmosphere is excellent, very vibrant and social. If you're lucky enough to get Jib as your server - you'll have a great experience. Food was amazing and you definitely get your money's worth for the portions! Cocktails we're great and staff was super friendly and attentive. I recommend 2nd Floor if your looking to have a great time and good food and drinks!

The atmosphere here is so cool! Beautiful art all over the walls that you can buy, great drinks that come out fast, karaoke once a week and delicious food! My waitress was top-teir along with the service she gave.
The breakfast sliders are nothing short of a religious experience. This place is a hidden gem. Excellent service.
