Unbelievable, got my order, with no carrots on the combo that I bought and some of the wings got not sauce. I can't believe it. ?

I wish I could say I enjoyed the wings, but no. Each time I've tried this place the wings are dried out & have hardly any meat! Wincos wings r way better. I placed an order for a party 2 weeks in advance, called day before to confirm, go pick up, order not made. Wth! This caused the party to be delayed 1.5hrs as this set back everything else. No, I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. Save money, time, & stress and just get a variety from Winco, it's worth it.
Always pretty good food. The frys have actually gotten much better lately. I always order ahead online because the wait time for food is usually over 20 mins at times around 40 mins.

Don’t even bother coming here!! Employees are rude!! Customers and dashers were waiting more then 35 minutes but the employees were quick to make their own meals first! I’ve been to different locations up here they were more polite and quick then this locations
I picked an order up and I was very surprised how dirty the whole place was. Finger prints on all the equipment counters dirty and sticky, floors trashed, 4 people working and only 1 was wearing a mask and gloves had to wait an extra 15 minutes they gave me my cups at the end they had no straws windows dirty and this was all super early and not busy. Gross
The wings are good but the service is bad. Specially their time estimates.They seem to work on a different time measure. Last three orders I've had to wait almost double their estimated time. This last time it was the worst. Estimated time was 43min. Once I got there the cashier told me that the order was about to be baged and would take 10-15 min MAX. After 20 I asked only to be told my order wasn't even in the system ?. After checking she said she was putting it infront of the line and it would take no more than 10-15minutes. Their go to to every customer on my 1+ hour, anyways after another 40min I finally got my order so its obvious she printed the order and put me in the back of the line. Once I got home guess what my order was wrong?.
Restraunt filthy, flys inside, employees talking not working, wait time over 30 min. Additionally no paper towels in restroom. No straws. If I could give no stars I would.
