Closes at random times during the night. Would have given 5 stars if they would at least update their profile to reflect such changes. Some people have sceudels to keep and stoping somewhere that is closed when they are suposed to be open takes away from time they could keep going to another loacation. I would have given 5 stars because I stop here ever time I am in town. I think that will be changing if it is a night.
Literally the worst Wendy’s in the high desert every time I try to go to their systems are down don’t even know why they’re open 24/7 when every time we go it’s a shut down every time. Girls are giggling or laughing while ordering almost every time and it’s just been a bad experience every time I’ve gone definitely don’t recommend this spot.
Customer service is beyond pathetic.The food is standard grade, all wendys are the same.Except the incompetent and angry ppl that chose to work here.This girl rushed us in the drive through gave us the wrong order, forgot items on our order.We had to walk inside twice.Get a different job fea, your coworkers have to pick up your slack. No la armas.
Quality food at an affordable price. One of the only eating establishments in the area. Lightning service and friendly smiles. Faster than the Pilot it is inside, generous portions and a better value.Drawback: No bag meals or cheaper combos
I ordered from the app and used my deals and went to pick up my food to find out they didn't have my order. When they found it they said it was declined and that I had to pay there but on my account it showed it was successful and went threw. So we went to reorder it and cancel the other one and they had started a new system there so I couldn't use my discounts because they had no scanner. The guy who I think was really nice felt bad but all I got offered was a cookie. Would of been nice just to have a% off on my order or something free that cost more then a cookie. But all in all the food was still bomb.
The food is great, but I wish some of the workers preparing the food would wear their face masks properly, not hanging below the nose! ??♀️
Rude employees! I was standing waiting to order and the girl told me I had to wait for her break to be over so she could order HER food. She was on break standing in front of the register like she was taking orders. No she was just blocking it so no customers could order their stuff until we all waited for her break to be over. This is a truck stop. Nobody has time to wait around for YOUR break to be over. Totally unprofessional.
I went to this Wendy's 4 different times 10 o'clock 10 30 11 o'clock doesn't matter what time it is they always say they're closed maintenance shift change I wouldn't go there don't waste your time There's just lazy workers

First I'd like to thank Jesus for his professionalism, attentiveness and attention to detail during my experience while ordering my meal.Secondly, it's important that I highlight Kiernin for her awareness and universal cleanliness, by wearing gloves while handling my french fries.It's unfortunate, but adults twice their age do not exercise the abilities these two exhibited.Customer service is a lost art, and I think practicing being conscious of health practices in today's time should be Our Norm.Management would be greatly bolstered if you allow these two leaders to lead some of your other staff members.Just a trucker!Just saying!Order#20212
Standard fast food burger place. My standard order is a single and large chili. Check out the flavored lemonades. They're very good!
