Ordered a bacon cheese burger through door dash. Got a bacon avocado cheese burger. I can’t eat avocado. Took a couple bites before I noticed the avocado. Called Toms. Told them my name. Found my order they said I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and asked what the problem was. Told them, was told to hold on a second. Someone else picked up the phone asked what the problem was, I repeated what i had told the previous person. I was told since I ordered through door dash I had to take it up with them. They had my order down as a bacon cheeseburger but put a bacon avocado one in my order. How is that door dash’s mistake? They messed up not door dash.
Lukewarm burger even though the food should have been piping hot. Should have been better. Thousand island dressing, they should ask if the customer wants thatOne and done for me.
This was the worst experience I've had in a long time at a fast food joint. First I have to mention that I live pretty darn far from this place and I'm sorry I spent all that gas. The person who took the order messed it up but whats worse is when I asked if they had onion rings she said yes but never mentioned that it was $3.00 more for them per combo. I had asked for onion rings for both combos. Then I asked for cheese and grilled onions for my veggie burger where they charged .89 for grilled onion and more for the cheese without informing me of the charges! They must think everyone has been there before (stupid) When I drove away I realized they had left out one of the order of onion rings and put in fries so I had to go back, but when I mentioned this to the "manager" she was argumentative and rude, blaming me. I was a server at Marie Calenders and could have never treated my customers like this! When I asked to speak to the owner, she said they don't have one. I finally took the combo for the veggie burger off and went to take the fish combo but she had taken the onion rings out and put in fries then had taken off the cheese from the veggie burger. What a mess!! I will contact the franchise owner and let them know why they're loosing business. This is no way to treat customers. The food is good -the cooks are good but its an expensive slap in the face that I don't need. Rethink your employed snotty manager as she is not an asset
Is the drive thru ever less than a 30 minute wait? That is kind of ridiculous. The food is good though.
I had a very bad experience at this place today. My son asked for a mushroom omelette and the waitress brought a mushroom hamburger so when we all said that was a wrong order the lady basically told us that was what we ordered and left the plate on the table then she left and she heard me telling my son that I didn't understand why she was basically forcing my son to get the hamburger so she came back and she started to argue with me that she wasn't forcing nobody and blah blah blah she also started to talk to my son in Spanish and my son was so confused because he didn't have a clue of what she was saying so he told her that he didn't speak Spanish and the lady got more rude and defensive out of nothing. Long story short she wasn't a pleasant person to be served by And guess what?! My son ended up with the hamburger which he didn't want so he take it back home for the dog. Me and my family won't go back to this place never again. The end.
My family loves hamburgers. We get their family pack which is 4 burgers 4 fries 4 drinks for 30/40 bucks depending if you would like to upgrade drinks or double patties. Great food great customer service. They have only missed one order but given it was a busy Friday night. I recommend this place for breakfast lunch or dinner
I got the steak and eggs my hash browns were not cooked all the way and when I looked in the bag for my toast they forgot to give it to me after waiting in line 20 minutes I didn’t even get what I paid for I live far from the place and they said they will only replace my hash browns big waste of time money energy and ruined my morning thanks..
I've been a regular customer here for a long time I am almost come here daily. But I will no longer be coming because of the girls I work there are very rude and inconsiderate. The food is great and the two gentlemen that work cleaning the tables are great people going to miss them
They don’t give fresh fries only hard refried fries that are almost burnt (can’t eat them because of braces ) , then my drink ( coke ) taste’s watered down as hell , and most importantly they always seem to mess something up with orders. Let’s not forget it’s almost a dollar for some dressing ? like cmon toms you guys used to be my go to
For me ,it's one of the best places to go out ,with the family, and have a quick dinner or lunch.. food is always fresh and delicious...!!!
