This is a bistro/bar. There is no lunch hour, about 3 1/2 hours for breakfast & 5 hours for dinner. The menu is quite sparse, with eclectic items, but some are interesting, such as the Flatbread margherita, which I had with a glass of riesling wine.

Great food

Wow....what a horrible night. Before I begin, this hotel is not up to Courtyard standards. It's not up to Fairfield Inn standards. It's more like Ramada Inn standards. Out of the control of the hotel....There was a helicopter circling for one hour obviously looking for someone close to the hotel. No one knew what was going on. Second event...at 12:30 am, a fight between several people happened outside our door. We had 3 choices...call the front desk (a young person who could really do nothing) , call the police, or just wait until it was over. We waited and in a half hour it was over. We made sure that where we were in the room, a bullet could not get us if it came down to that. What the hotel can control....this place is just too tired to be called a Courtyard. I'm surprised that Marriott still operates this place. Bed lumpy. Linens too small as I had to keep putting the fitted sheet back on the bed. Towers that were so bare they represented a hankie instead of a towel. Clogged bath sink. Shower curtain too short representing water all over the bath. The TV is so small it resembled by computer monitor. The smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom. The heater so loud that we had to turn it off to sleep. Avoid this place if at all possible. In fact, avoid Victorville if at all possible. A property like this makes me lose faith in other travelers who ranked it high.

I have stayed at at this hotel on business many times and it deems dependant on what room you are allocated will depend on if you have a good stay or not, nevertheless I don’t think I have had one night in this hotel where I haven’t been disturbed for some reason or another. If you are lucky enough to get a room with a low even number you will be on the apposite side and facing away from the freeway and rooms these rooms are generally very quiet, if you get any room with an odd number I guarantee you will be facing the freeway and will be woken by the very busy freeway noise. The freeway noise is the worst part of this hotel for me. Hotel facilities are generally good with a bistro in the lobby area. The AC/heating units in the rooms require replacing asap, very loud and disjointed often doing there own thing making all sorts of noises. If you can, I recommend staying in a hotel before or after the Victorville/Hesperia area as every hotel in this area is built along the freeway and almost impossible to get away from freeway noise and annoying vehicles with cheap exhausts keeping you awake at night. Also the hotel does not allow you to check out on the app which I find strange. This needs updating to bring it inline with other Bonvoy properties.

We had a wonderful experience at Courtyard Marriott Hesperia; Oct. 2020. Upon booking and check-in, it was nothing short of easy and pleasant working with the staff. CHRISTINA, CHRISTINA, and ROXANNE(A) were all just THE BEST! My apologies for not getting the gentleman's name at the front desk (tall and sincere), he was amazing as well. They made our stay utmost wonderful. As a guest for a wedding, our wedding party experience was just great! We laughed, we partied, we just had a wonderful time! THANK YOU COURTYARD MARRIOTT @ HESPERIA! We appreciate you! Ward Family

Immaculately clean, this place is a fantastic place to stay if you want a swimming pool that is outdoor and is monitored. There is every kind of food available within just a couple of miles and the staff were awesome- especially the manager, Modessa. Make reservations to swim, get fantastic cleanliness, and eat in if you want to. We visited when it was busy and yet the staff were attentive and our room was VERY quiet on the 4 th floor. We spent two nights here and had tons of fun at both nearby lakes, Arrowhead and Silverwood.

Overall - a pretty regular joint with some highs and lows. Highs - I'm a Platinum Elite and while the room wasn't in my name, since I was staying with my boyfriend on his business trip, they did honor my 4PM late checkout, which was awesome since I needed to work all day and preferred to do it from my room vs the lounge area given our COVID times. The bed/room was pretty comfortable and we slept quite well. The staff was very friendly and the wifi worked great. Lows: Upon arriving to the room, there were no glasses, coffeemaker or cups, or ice bucket. These are all basics that should be in the room and it took two days into our stay to get everything we needed. That was frustrating to say the least. The outdoor firepit area was dirty and had garbage all over. Not really a place you want to veg out and relax. Ice machine area smelled like cigarettes. And, the view out of the place is blahhhh. Seeing the In and Out & Burger King sign ain't anything that's memorable. Not rushing back here anytime soon, but not a great representation of other Courtyards.
